هدف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على (مستوي الصلابة النفسية لمدربي السباحة) من خلال الأهداف الفرعية التالية: تصميم مقياس الصلابة النفسية لمدربي السباحة، وكذلك تحديد مستويات الصلابة النفسية لمدربي السباحة. المنهج المستخدم: خدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بنوعية (المسحي والارتباطي التحليلي) وذلك لملائمته لتحقيق أهداف البحث وطبيعة إجراءاته. عينة البحث وخصائصها: تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العمدية من مدربي السباحة المسجلين بالاتحاد المصري للسباحة للعام 2019م/2020م والعاملين بالأندية المختلفة بمحافظتي القاهرة والجيزة بجمهورية مصر العربية والبلغ عددهم (30) مدرب لإجراء الدراسة التطبيقية، لقد حددت عينة البحث بثلاثة متغيرات ديموجرافية تمنح العينة مزيدا من الشمولية، تمثلت في (العمر، الحالة الاجتماعية، المستوي التعليمي). أهم الاستنتاجات: - يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05) حيث أن قيمة كا2 المحسوبة اكبر من قيمتها الجدولية كما هو موضح أمام عبارات بعد الالتزام بمقياس الصلابة النفسية لمدربي السباحة، وأن متوسط المتوسطات لإجمالي عبارات اعد الأول قد بلغ (2.44) بانحراف معياري (0.603)، وأن الاتجاه العام ككل لعبارات البعد الأول من وجهة نظر المبحوثين يميل نحو دائما. - ٍ يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05) حيث أن قيمة كا2 المحسوبة اكبر من قيمتها الجدولية كما هو موضح أمام عبارات بعد التحكم بمقياس الصلابة النفسية لمدربي السباحة، وأن متوسط المتوسطات لإجمالي عبارات البعد الثاني قد بلغ (2.37) بانحراف معياري (0.628)، وأن الاتجاه العام ككل لعبارات البعد الثاني من وجهة نظر المبحوثين يميل نحو دائما. - يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05) حيث أن قيمة كا2 المحسوبة اكبر من قيمتها الجدولية كما هو موضح أمام عبارات بعد التحدي بمقياس الصلابة النفسية لمدربي السباحة، وأن متوسط المتوسطات لإجمالي عبارات البعد الثالث قد بلغت (2.45) بانحراف معياري (0.590)، وأن الاتجاه العام ككل لعبارات البعد الثالث من وجهة نظر المبحوثين يميل نحو دائما. - توضح النتائج أن المتوسطات الحسابية لمستوي أبعاد مقياس الصلابة النفسية تراوحت ما بين (2.37 إلى 2.45) حيث جاء بعد التحدي في المرتبة الأولى بأعلى متوسط حسابي بلغ (2.45)، بينما جاء بعد الالتزام في المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.44)، وجاء بعد التحكم في المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.37)، قد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لمقياس جودة الحياة ككل (2.42) بمستوى تقدير مرتفع.
Research Aim: The research aims to identify (the level of psychological hardness for swimming coaches) through the following sub-Aims: Designing a psychological hardness scale for swimming coaches, as well as determining the levels of psychological hardness for swimming coaches. Curriculum used: The researcher used the qualitative method (survey and analytical correlation) to suit it to achieve the research objectives and the nature of its procedures. Research Sample and Characteristics: The sample was chosen intentionally by the swimming instructors registered in the Egyptian Swimming Federation for the year 2019/2020 and workers in different clubs in the governorates of Cairo and Giza in the Arab Republic of Egypt. (Age, marital status, educational level) The most important results: - There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) where the calculated Ca2 value is greater than its tabular value as shown in front of phrases after adhering to the measure of psychological rigidity for swimming coaches, and that the mean averages of the total first dimension expressions reached (2.44) with a standard deviation (0.603), And that the general trend as a whole for expressions of the first dimension from the viewpoint of the respondents tends towards always. - There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) where the calculated Ca2 value is greater than its tabular value as shown in front of phrases after controlling for the measure of psychological rigidity for swimming coaches, and that the mean averages of the total second dimension expressions reached (2.37) with a standard deviation (0.628) And that the general trend as a whole for the second dimension expressions from the respondents point of view is always tilted towards. - There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) where the calculated Ca8 value is greater than its tabular value as shown in front of phrases after the challenge with a measure of the psychological rigidity of swimming coaches, and that the mean averages of the total third dimension expressions reached (2.45) with a standard deviation (0.590) And that the general trend as a whole for the three dimensional expressions from the respondents' point of view is always tilted. - The results show that the arithmetic mean for the level of dimensions of the measure of psychological hardness ranged between (2.37 to 2.45), where it came after the challenge in the first rank with the highest arithmetic average of (2.45), while it came after the commitment in the second place with an arithmetic average of (2.44), and came after control In the third and last rank with a mathematical average of (2.37), and the mean of the measure of quality of life as a whole (2.42) has reached a high estimate level.
