هدف البحث: وضع خطة لتطوير وحدات الطب الرياضي بجمهورية مصر العربية من أجل تحقيق التمويل الذاتي. المنهج المستخدم: المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي. عينة البحث وخصائصها: اختارها الباحث بالطريقة العشوائية بلغ عددهم (92) فرداً تم تقسيمهم إلى عدد (20) فرداً لإيجاد معاملات صدق وثبات استمارة الاستبيان، وعدد (20) فرداً لإجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية لاستمارة الاستبيان، وعدد (52) فرداً لتطبيق استمارة الاستبيان قيد البحث بحيث تمثل عينة البحث 55.42% من إجمالي مجتمع البحث البالغ عدده (166) فرداً، وهم متمثلين في مدراء ووكلاء مديريات الشباب والرياضة بجمهورية مصر العربية ومدراء إدارات وأطباء وأخصائيين وحدات الطب الرياضي بجمهورية مصر العربية. أهم الاستنتاجات: 1- إلا حد ما توجد رسالة ورؤية واضحة للوحدات. 2- تهتم إلا حد ما الوحدات بتقديم الخدمات الطبية والعلاجية للرياضيين وممارسي الرياضة والحكام في النطاق الجغرافي للمحافظة. 3- تهتم إلا حد ما الوحدات بنشر الوعي الرياضي والثقافة الرياضية وأهمية الرياضة في حياة الإنسان ونشر التثقيف الصحي لممارسة الرياضة سواء بالدورات او الندوات أو اللقاءات الدورية المنتظمة. 4- توجد إلى حد ما أهداف محددة للوحدات ولتطويرها. 5- لا يوجد مؤشر واضح لقياس مدى تحقق الأهداف بالوحدات. 6- تعبر إلى حد ما أهداف تطوير الوحدات عن احتياجات المستفيدين منها. 7- تهدف إلى حد ما الوحدات إلى تحقيق الكسب المادي من خلال تسويق أنشطتها. 8- تتوفر بالوحدات عوامل الأمن والسلامة وتتوفر علامات إرشادية تسهل للمستفيدين التنقل بين الأقسام وبعضها. 9- الهيكل التنظيمي الإداري للوحدات غير مكتمل وغير كافي لإقامة كافة الوظائف. 10- لا يوجد بالوحدات طبيب أخصائي عظام ولا يوجد طبيب أخصائي علاج طبيعي ولا يوجد طبيب أخصائي باطنة ولا يوجد طبيب أخصائي تغذية.
Research objective: Developing a plan to develop sports medicine units in the Arab Republic of Egypt in order to achieve self-financing. The method used: the descriptive method in the survey method The research sample and its characteristics: The researcher selected it randomly. Their number reached (92) individuals, they were divided into (20) individuals to find honesty and consistency transactions for the questionnaire form, and (20) individuals to conduct the survey study of the questionnaire questionnaire, and (25) individuals to apply the questionnaire under investigation So that the research sample represents 55.42% of the total research community of (166) individuals, represented by managers and agents of youth and sports directorates in the Arab Republic of Egypt and directors of departments, doctors and specialists of sports medicine units in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The most important conclusions: 1. Except to some extent, there is a clear message and vision of the units. 2. The units are only concerned to provide medical and therapeutic services to athletes, sports practitioners and referees within the geographical area of the governorate. 3. The units are only concerned with spreading sports awareness, sports culture, the importance of sport in human life, and spreading health education to practice sport, whether with regular sessions, seminars, or regular meetings. 4. There are to some extent specific objectives for the units and their development. 5. There is no clear indicator to measure the extent to which the objectives are achieved in units. 6. The units development goals express to some extent the needs of the beneficiaries. 7. To some extent, the units aim to achieve material gain through marketing their activities. 8. Security and safety factors are available in the units, and there are indicative signs that facilitate the beneficiaries' movement between the departments. 9. The administrative organizational structure of the units is incomplete and insufficient to create all the jobs 10. There are no orthopedics physicians, no physiotherapists, no internists, and no nutritionist.
