هدف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى وضع خطة مقترحة لاستثمار الإمكانات المادية بمركز الخدمة العامة بكلية التربية الرياضية بجامعة كفر الشيخ. المنهج المستخدم: استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي. عينة البحث: قامت الباحثة باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والإداريين وبلغ عددهم (110) فرداً وقد تم تقسيمهم إلى عدد (20) فرداً لإجراء المعاملات العلمية صدق وثبات لاستمارة الاستبيان، وعدد (10) فرداً لإجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية، وعدد (80) فرداً لإجراء التطبيق النهائي لاستمارة الاستبيان. أهم الاستنتاجات: في ضوء الدراسات النظرية واستطلاع أراء العاملين بمركز الخدمة العامة بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة كفر الشيخ واستطلاع أراء الخبراء أمكن وضع خطة مقترحة لاستثمار الإمكانات المادية بمركز الخدمة العامة بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة كفر الشيخ وتتمثل خطوات إعداد الخطة بأنه يجب تحديد الأهداف العامة للخطة المقترحة وتطبيق خطط تسويقية لتوفير فرصة حقيقية للاستثمار وتحديد الموارد المادية والمالية والاستفادة من الملاعب والأدوات، ولابد من وضع سياسات إدارية وذلك من خلال الالتزام بأحكام القانون وتطوير اللوائح لكي يتم الاستفادة من أنشطة المركز وتعم الفائدة على المجتمع بالكامل، ويجب تسهيل الإجراءات الإدارية عن طريق توفير اللائحة المالية الخاصة بتسعير وتأجير الأنشطة والخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين ومراجعتها وفقاً للمتغيرات المحيطة بالمركز، المتابعة والتقييم لأنشطة المركز والتنوع في وسائل قياس وتقييم المركز تقييم مستوى الأداء قبل وأثناء وبعد تنفيذ كل برنامج من أنشطة وخدمات مركز الخدمة العامة.
Research objective: The research aims to develop a proposed plan for investing the financial capabilities in the public service center at the Faculty of Physical Education, Kafrelsheikh University. The curriculum used: The used Curriculum. The research sample: The researcher has chosen the sample of the research in startified method from the faculty and administrative members and they numbered (110) individuals and they were divided into (20) individuals to conduct scientific transactions validation and consistency of the questionnaire form, and the number (10) individuals to conduct the survey study , and the number (80) individuals to make the final application of the questionnaire . The most important conclusions: In the light of theoretical studies and polling the opinions of employees at the Public Service Center at the Faculty of Physical Education at Kafr El-Sheikh University and polling expert opinions was possible to develop a proposed plan to invest the financial capabilities of the Public Service Center at the Faculty of Physical Education University of Kafr El-Sheikh, The steps for preparing the plan are that the general objectives of the proposed plan must be defined and the application of marketing plans to provide a real opportunity for investment and the identification of material and financial resources and benefit from the stadiums and tools, and administrative policies must be developed through adherence to the provisions of the law and the development of regulations, In order to take advantage of the activities of the center and the benefit prevails over the whole society, administrative procedures must be facilitated by providing afinancial regulation for pricing and leasing activities and services provided to beneficiaries and reviewing them according to the changes surrounding the center, follow-up and evaluation of the center's activities and the diversity in the means of measuring and evaluating the center. Evaluating the level of performance before, during and after the implementation of each program and activities of the public service center.
