تكمن أهمية هذا البحث وضع أساس علمي لبرامج الإنقاذ يعتمد عليه المدربون في تدريبهم للإنقاذ وتدريب القائمين بعملية الإنقاذ ويهدف البحث إلى تطوير برنامج إعداد منقذين بالاتحاد المصري للغوص. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بخطواته وإجراءاته باستخدام الأسلوب المسحي، نظراً لملائمته لطبيعة عينة البحث إجراءاته، قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية وقوامها (75) العاملين بالغوص والإنقاذ، تم إجراء الدراسة الأساسية على عينة قوامها (25) العاملين بالغوص والإنقاذ، كما تم إجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية على عينة قوامها (25) العاملين بالغوص والإنقاذ من نفس مجتمع البحث وخارج العينة الأساسية. وكانت أهم نتائج البحث أنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائية بين القياسات القبلية والبعدية لمجموعة البحث على رفع المستوى البدني لدى القائمين بالإنقاذ لصالح القياس البعدي توجد فروق دالة إحصائية بين القياسات القبلية والبعدية لمجموعة البحث على رفع المستوى المهاري لدى القائمين بالإنقاذ لصالح القياس البعدي. ويوصى الباحثين بإعداد منقذ متميز قادر على التحديات الخارجية ويساعد على تلبية متطلبات المجتمع لحماية المسطحات المائية والحد من حالات الغرق ونشر ثقافة الإنقاذ الفعالة لخدمة المجتمع في جميع قطاعات الدولة وتطوير طرق تعليم السباحة وخاصة سباحة الإنقاذ حتى ينعكس على مستوى المنقذ وكفاءته.
The importance of this research lies in laying a scientific basis for rescue programs that trainers rely on in their training for rescue and training of those in the rescue operation. The research aims to develop a program for preparing rescuers in the Egyptian Federation of Diving. The researcher used the descriptive approach with its steps and procedures using the survey method, given its suitability to the nature of the research sample and its procedures, the researcher selected the research sample in the intentional method and its consistency (75) workers diving and rescue, the basic study was conducted on a sample of (25) workers in diving and rescue, and the study was conducted The survey is based on a sample of (25) diving and rescue workers from the same research community and outside the main sample.
