المستخلص: ناقش هذا البحث مسألة هامة من مسائل علوم الحديث وهي مسألة: "التفرد عند المتحدثين" حيث تناول البحث بيان معني التفرد في اللغة والاصطلاحا، وأهم إطلاقاته، وأسباب وقوعه، وكيفية إدراكه، وبيان علاقته ببعض أنواع علوم الحديث. كما تناول البحث بالتفصيل الدقيق موقف العلماء من قبول التفرد ورده، كما حصر الألفاظ والمصطلحات التي يستخدمها العلماء في الدلالة على التفرد مع شرح واف لكل مصطلح، فالبحث بحمد الله وتوفيقه قدم دراسة نظرية تقعيدية مختصرة لمسألة التفرد، كما قدم منهجا تطبيقيا واضحا لكيفية دراسته. أهمية الدراسة تكمن أهمية هذا البحث في كونه: قدم دراسة نظرية تقعيدية مختصرة لمسألة التفرد. كما قدم منهجا تطبيقيا واضحا لكيفية دراسته. كما أنه حصر الألفاظ والمصطلحات التي يستخدمها العلماء في الدلالة على التفرد مع شرح واف لكل مصطلح من تلك المصطلحات. منهج البحث: منهج هذا البحث مبني على أمور: - الأمر الأول: منهج الاستقراء والتتبع لأقوال أئمة هذا الشأن في بطون كتب علوم الحديث، والعلل، والأفراد، والغرائب وغيرها وجمع أقوالهم فيما يتعلق بالكلام على التفرد. الأمر الثاني: منهج التأصيل والتقعيد لمسائل هذا العلم معتمدا على كلام الأئمة وتعريفاتهم. مع تحليل هذه التعريفات لرصد النتائج المستخلصة، ومن ثم الترجيح. الأمر الثالث: منهج التطبيق العلمي عن طريق النماذج التطبيقية لتوضيح الجانب التأصيلي. وقد التزمت-بعون الله تعالي-بعزو كل قول إلى قائلة عزوا صحيحا، كما عزوت الآيات إلى سورها، والنصوص إلى مظانها كما ألتزمت بعزو الآحاديث والآثار إلى مصادرها من كتب السنة المعتمدة. ذاكر الكتاب والباب والجزء والصفحة. والطبعة. أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث من خلال هذه الدراسة: 1- أنه ليس في كتب علوم الحديث عند المتقدمين تعريفا لمسألة "التفرد" بالمفهوم الذي هو مدار هذا البحث وإنما يجري ذكر التفرد في كتب العلل، والرجال، والتواريخ، والتخريجات، بالإضافة إلى تناول بعض جوانبه في طي أبحاث مصطلح الحديث، فهذا المصطلح منتشر في كلام المحدثين والنقاد خلال دراستهم لطرق الحديث ورجاله. 2- أن التفرد ليس مطعنا بنفسه، ولا علة في ذاته، وإنما هو حالة توجد في الرواية، تقترن في كثير من الأحيان بأخطاء الرواة وأوهامهم، لكن ليس لازما، فكم من تفرد صح واتفق الحفاظ على قبوله، وكم من تفرد سلم من العلل والأوهام، وكتب الصحيح زاخرة بالتفردات الصحيحة المقبولة التي لا غبار عليها. كما بينا. 3- أن هناك علاقة وثيقة بين التفرد والشذوذ والنكارة والعلة حيث إنه الدليل عليهم والطريق إليهم. 4- أن الأساس في قبول التفرد أن يتحقق فيه شروط قبول الخبر من اتصال سند، وعدالة الرواة وضبطهم، وخلو الرواية من الشذوذ، ومن العلل القادحة، وأيضا خلو الخبر المتفرد به من قرينة ترجح ضعفه وتعليله. إضافة إلى الشروط اللازمة في الراوي المتفرد بالخبر. 5- أن التفرد لا يدرك إلا بجمع طرق الحديث والنظر فيها.

This research discussed an important issue of Hadith Sciences which is the issue of "individuality of the Hadith scientists" where the research dealt with explaining the meaning of individuality in language and terminology, the most important of its callings, the reasons for its occurrence, how it is perceived, and its relationship to some types of hadith science. The research also examined in detail the point of view (opinion) of the scholars regarding acceptance of the individuality in Hadith narration and its rejection, as well as limiting the terms and terminology used by the scholars in indicating the individuality with adequate explanation for each term. The research, with the grace of God and his success, presented a brief conceptual study of the issue of individuality in Hadith transmission, and he also presented a clear applied approach to how to study it. The importance of the study: The importance of this research lies in its being: It presented a brief retrospective theory study of the question of individuality. It also presented a clear application approach to how to study it. It also lists the terms and terminology that scientists use to signify individuality with a full explanation of each of those terms. Research approach The approach of this research is based on: The first matter: the method of extrapolation and follow-up to the sayings of the imams of this matter in the of the books of hadith sciences, defects, individuals, oddities and others, and collect their statements regarding speech on individuality in Hadith transmission. The second matter: The method of rooting and incomplete issues of this science based on the words of the imams and their definitions. Analyze these definitions to monitor the results obtained, and then weight out. The third matter: the method of scientific application through the application forms to clarify the original aspect. He is abided- with the help of God Almighty- to attribute every saying to a true attribute, just as the verses attributed to its Suras, and texts to her parallels, as I am committed to attributing hadiths and relics to their sources from the approved Sunnah books. Mention the book, section, section and page. And of course. The most important results that the researcher reached through this study: 1- It is not in the books of hadith’s science for scientists in advance that a definition of the issue of “individuality” is understood in the concept that is the subject of this research. Rather, individuality is mentioned in the books of defects, narrators, dates, and..., in addition to addressing some of its aspects in the folding of research on the term hadith, this term is common in the words of the Hadith narrators And critics during their study of the methods of hadith and its narrators. 2- That the (individuality in narration of Hadith) is not a defaming by itself, nor is it a cause in itself, but rather a condition found in the narration, often associated with the mistakes and delusions of the narrators, but not necessary, how much Individuality is true and agreed to maintain its acceptance, and how much individuality is free of illusions and delusions, and The sahiht books (Albukhary and Muslim) is full of acceptable, correct, and impeccable individuality in Hadith narration. As we have shown. 3- There is a close relationship between individuality, perversion, denial and defect, as it is an evidence of them and the way to them. 4- The basis for accepting individuality in narration is that it has the conditions for accepting the saying like authenticity of transmission of Hadith , the fairness of the narrators And their credibility, and the narration being free of anomalies, and from the vilifying defects, as well as the absence of a individual story by a presumption that suggests its weakness and explanation, in addition to the necessary conditions in the individual narrator of the saying. 5- Individuality is only realized by collecting and considering ways of Hadith (the Hadith narration).
