المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين وآله وصحبه أجمعين. أما بعد يهدف البحث تقديم نموذج يبرز خدمة الأصول للعلوم الشرعية الأخرى كعلم التفسير، وحمل عنوان: (التطبيقات الأصولية والمقاصدية "الآية الرابعة من سورة الأحزاب أنموذجا") خير ما تتجه لخدمته هم طلاب العلم الشرعي كتاب الله، وبما أن "أشرف العلوم ما ازدوج فيه العقل والسمع، واصطحب فيه الرأي والشرع، وعلم الفقه وأصوله من هذا القبيل"، فقد كشف البحث التناغم الأصولي التفسيري من خلال أنواع الخطاب، ودلالات الألفاظ وبناء التراكيب اللغوية، واستنباط القواعد الأصولية والمقاصدية مما أثرى الجانب التفسيري بتأصيل الفهم، وسنح بجانب واسع لخدمة أصول الفقه تطبيقياً. اتبع البحث المنهج الاستقرائي، والتحليلي، والاستنباطي. وشملت خطة البحث: مقدمة، وخاتمة، وبينهما مطلبين، عرف الأول بالسورة، وأهميتها، وأهم موضوعاتها، وقدم الثاني القواعد الأصولية والمقاصدية. من نتائج البحث: أولاً: من الحقائق المسلمة التي أكدها البحث أن الألفاظ هي المدار الرئيس لعلمي التفسير والأصول. ثانياً: الأثر الإيماني والنفسي الكبير الذي يبنيه فهم ألفاظ القرآن الكريم بطابع تأصيلي تقعيدي أصولي. ومن أهم التوصيات: أولاً: خدمة كتاب الله الكريم بربط ما تناوله من دلالات الألفاظ، أو المسائل الفقهية أو العقدية أو الطبية أو غيرها بالعلوم الشرعية الأخرى. ثانياً: التركيز على الأبحاث التأصيلية التقعيدية التي تقوى ربط الأجيال بالعلوم الشرعية الأصيلة.

All praise be to Allah، the Lord of the worlds, and may peace and prayers be upon the master of prophets and messengers, Prophet Mohamed, and upon all his companions and family. The research aims to introduce a model highlights the service of fundamentals to the other Islamic sciences such as the interpretation. The research title is: The fundamentalism and investigation “The First Paper of Al-Ahzaab as the model." The best this that should be served by the Islamic scholars is the holy Quran regarding that “the best sciences which conclude the mentality and listening in addition to the companion between opinion and Islamic rules in addition to the jurisprudence and its fundamentals” (1) The research indicated the harmony of interpretation and fundamentals based on the speech type, semantics and structures of language, inducting the fundamental and deductive rules which enrich the interpretation through keening understand and provide great range to serve the applicable side of the jurisprudence fundamentals. The research applied the Inductive, analytical and deductive approaches. Research Plan: the research consists of an introduction, and conclusion within two chapters, the first defines the verse, significance and the main issues. The second chapter indicates the fundamental and investigation rules. Main Results: 1. The completely known facts that the semantics are the main points for both interpretations of the Holy Quran and the fundamentals of jurisprudence. 2. The great faith and psychological effect based on understanding the semantics of the Holy Qur'an taking into consideration the faith fundamentalism and investigation in the Muslim himself. Main Recommendations: 1. Serve the Holy Qur’an through linking the semantics meanings and the judicial, faith, medical or other issues with the other sharia sciences. 2. Concentrate on the fundamentalism and investigation researches which strengthen the relationship between the fundamental sharia sciences.
