المستخلص: اهتم البحث بالعناية بحديث أبي هريرة رضى الله عنه في النهي عن صوم الوصال بدراسة حديثية تحليلية، لما يتضمنه الحديث من خصائص النبي ﷺ ومعالم نبوته، ويظهر شفقته على أمته ويحذر من خطورة التشدد والتعمق في الدين.... ويهدف البحث من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى حل إشكالية عدم استجابة بعض الصحابة بداية لأمره، وبيان سماحة التشريع الإسلامي وبعده عن التشدد، وتتمثل الدراسة بتخريج الحديث وبيان طرقه، ودراسة سند الحديث وترجمة رواته، ومن ثم الحكم عليه، واستخراج لطائفه، وشرح ألفاظ الحديث الغريبة واستخراج الفوائد الفقهية والعقدية والتربوية من الحديث.

The research was interested in taking care of the hadith of Abu Hurairah ,may God be pleased with him ,in forbidding the fasting of communication with a modem analytical study of what is included in the hadith regarding the characteristics of the prophet ,peace be upon him and the features of his prophethood. and shows his compassion for his nation and warns of the danger of militancy and deepening in religion . The research aims through this study to solve the problem of some unresponsive the companions are the beginning of his command and clarify the tolerance of Islamic legislation and its distance from hardening. The study is the graduation of the hadith .the statement of its methods. The study of the hadith of the hadith ,the translation of its narratives ,and then the ruling on it ,the extraction of its sects , the explanation of the strange and modem terms and the extraction of doctrinal, doctrinal and educational benefits from the hadith .
