المستخلص: يسعى البحث إلى رصد التحولات السياسية الواقعة بين كل من إثيوبيا وإريتريا، في ضوء تحقيق المصالحة الوطنية، وفقاً لما عكسته الصحف الحكومية والخاصة في كل من البلدين، وقام بتوظيف منهجي المسح وأسلوب المقارنة المنهجية، مع الاعتماد على نظريتي المدخل الثقافي وتحليل الأطر الإعلامية من أجل توصيف النتائج بشكل دقيق، كما عمد البحث إلى استخدام أداة تحليل الخطاب الإعلامي بواسطة استمارة خاصة بها لتحليل المواد المنشورة حول النشاطين سواء أكانت مواد خبرية أو مواد الرأي أو التحقيقات للتوصل إلى النتائج الخاصة بالخطاب الصحفي بدول العينة. هذا وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج يجيب بها عن الأسئلة التي تم طرحها، كان أهمها: لجأت الصحف الإريترية والإثيوبية في عام 2018 إلى اختيار القالب الخبري من خلال تتبع أخبار الزيارات الرسمية واللقاءات المشتركة والطرح الخاص بالدول الأجنبية عن تغييرات منطقة القرن الأفريقي، ولكن أثرت السياسة التحريرية في عرض هذه الأخبار ف (فرجت نت) كانت تتناول الأخبار من منظور نقدي بحت لسياسات افورقي الداخلية مما دفعها إلى تبني قالب الرأي باستكتاب خبراء وأكاديميين.

This research seeks to monitor the political transformations taking place between Ethiopia and Eritrea, in light of achieving the reconciliation between the two countries, as reflected by their governmental and private newspapers. This research employed the survey approach and the methodological comparison approach with reliance on the cultural introduction theory and the analysis of media frameworks in order to achieve a precise way of characterization of the results. This research also employed the media discourse analysis tool using its own form to analyze the published materials on the policies and activities of both countries, whether they are news items, opinion materials or investigations to reach results concerning the press speech in the sample countries. The research reached a set of results, the most important between them were that in 2018 the newspapers in both countries chose the form of news template in their coverage by tracking the news of official visits, joint meetings and the proposal of foreign countries about the changes in the African Horn region but the policy affected the editorial presentation of these news. In this regard, it is important to mention that (Fragment Net) adopted a purely critical perspective of Afwerki's internal policies, which prompted the newspapers to use the opinion template by recruiting experts and academics in their news.
