المستخلص: اقتضت حكمة الله تعالى وعدله أن يحاسب الناس يوم القيامة؛ فيثيب الطائعين بفضله، ويعاقب العاصين بعدله. ومن فضله سبحانه وتعالى أن ذكر في القرآن الكريم أنواع الثواب، وأسبابه، وأهله، وأنواع العقاب، وأسبابه، وأهله؛ ترغيبا لأهل الطاعات، وترهيبا لأهل المعاصي؛ لئلا يكون للناس على الله تعالى حجة. ويتناول هذا البحث (حديث القرآن الكريم عن العذاب المهين دراسة تفسيرية تحليلية) نوعا من أنواع عقاب الله تعالى لأهل المعاصي، وهو العذاب المهين (المذل المخزي) وهو عقاب نفسي، خص الله تعالى به فريقا من أهل الكفر والنفاق. وقد بلغت مواضع وروده في القرآن الكريم ثلاثة عشر موضعا؛ يتناولها هذا البحث بالدراسة التفسيرية التحليلية التي تبين أهله، وتبرز أسبابه، وتجلي ما تيسر من أسرار التعبير القرآني، التي تحمل فيضا من الهدايات والمعاني. وقد تبين من خلال البحث: أن العذاب المهين عقاب فوق أنواع العذاب الأخرى، كالأليم، والعظيم، والشديد، توعد الله تعالى به فريقا من أهل الكفر والشرك والنفاق خاصة؛ ليجمع عليهم مع عذاب الجسد عذاب النفس؛ جزاء وفاقا لأعمالهم في الدنيا. وأنه لا يكون- بفضل الله تعالى- للعصاة من المؤمنين، كأهل الكبائر، لأنه عز وجل يتفضل على العصاة منهم فلا يذلهم ولا يفضحهم ولا يخزيهم، وإنما يمحصهم، ثم يدخلهم الجنة بفضله وكرمه ومنه. وأن أسباب العذاب المهين تكمن إجمالا في: (الاستهانة، أو الاستكبار، أو الاستهزاء، أو الإعراض، أو الصد، أو المحاربة) سواء تعلق ذلك بالله عز وجل، أو بكتابه الكريم، أو برسله عليهم الصلاة والسلام، أو بالدين كله، والعياذ بالله تعالى.

The wisdom and justice of Allah Almighty required that people be held accountable for their deeds on the Day of Resurrection; He rewards the obedient, and punishes the sinners fairly. As a form of Almighty’s grace, He mentioned in the Holy Qur’an the types of reward, its causes, and its receivers, as well as the types of punishment, its causes, and its receivers; In order to honor the Obedient, and to intimidate Sinners; Lest Mankind should have no plea against Allah. This research tackles the problem of (Humiliating Punishment in the Light of the Noble Qur’an; essence, receivers, and Reasons); just one form of punishment inflicted by Allah Almighty upon sinners, which is humiliating punishment (humiliating and shameful). It is a psychological punishment, which Allah Almighty assigned to disbelievers and hypocrites. It is mentioned thirteen times in the Noble Qur’an; This research discusses and analyses this type of sinners, highlighting the causes of this punishment, and reveals the secrets of the Qur’anic expression, which conveys meanings. It has been found: that humiliating punishment is some kind of punishment above other types of punishments, such as the painful, the great, and the severe. Allah Almighty has assigned it to the disbelievers and the hypocrite; To inflict upon them both the torment of the body and the torment of the soul. Thanks to Allah the Almighty, this kind of punishment is not meant for the disobedient like the people of major sins, because Allah the Almighty grants them is favor, so He does not humiliate them, does not expose them, and does not disgrace them, but rather to test their faith, and then enters them Paradise thanks to His generosity and grace. This paper concludes that the causes of humiliating punishment are, in general, belittling, degrading, doing harm, or mocking the religion, the Great Qur’an, or the holy Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him.
