المستخلص: يعتني فقهاء المذهب الحنبلي بإفراد القضاء، وآدابه وبيناته بمؤلفات خاصة كغيرهم من فقهاء المذاهب الأخرى السالف ذكرها، وهذا يرجع إلى سببين رئيسين، هما: اكتفاء فقهاء المذهب بما دونوه في كتب الفروع الفقهية من أبواب خاصة بالقضاء وآدابه وبيناته، فقد تناولوا هذه المسائل بوضوح وبيان في كتبهم الفقهية أن المذهب الحنبلي لم يكن مذهبا رسميا للدولة في العصور السالفة إلا عند ظهور الدولة السعودية الأولى في الجزيرة العربية عام 1157 ه، ولا زال الأمر كذلك في الدولة السعودية في جميع أدوارها حتى الآن بينما كان للمذاهب الثلاثة دور سياسي. ويتناول البحث كذلك كتاب "إعلام الموقعين عن رب العالمين"، للإمام ابن القيم (ت 751 ه) من حيث مؤلفه، ومنهجه في تأليفه لهذا الكتاب العظيم، والذي جعل كثيرا من العلماء قديما وحديثا يولونه الاهتمام والعناية، حتى إنهم قد تنوعت مشاربهم في تناول هذا الكتاب، وفي إدراجه تحت أي علم من العلوم، وما ذلك إلا لتنوع وتفرع مسائله، وغزارة مادته، وتنوع موضوعاته، ونتناول الكتاب من خلال المطالب. نبذة مختصرة عن المؤلف من ناحية: اسمه، ونسبه، ووفاته، ومكانته العلمية المرموقة، وهل ولي العلامة ابن القيم القضاء، حتى يبرز في هذا المجال، وكيف كانت حياته العلمية، ومن هم شيوخه وتلاميذه، ثم يعرج بذكر بعض كتبه، والتي كان لها الشهرة الكبيرة، وأخذت المكانة العظيمة ثم يتناول منهجه في الاستنباط وتعليل الأحكام ومنهجه في عرض أقوال العلماء والمذاهب وذكر الخلاف الفقهي ومنهجه في عرض الأدلة ومنهجه في ذكر التطبيقات القضائية وأبرز ما امتاز به الكتاب حيث يعتبر من أجل مؤلفات ابن القيم وأهمها وأول كتاب من نوعه في أصول التشريع وأسراره، وبيان مذاهب السلف في الفتوى والاجتهاد، والتعريف بأعيان المفتين من الصحابة والتابعين وما فيه من استقراء غرائب المسائل، ولطائف الأبواب في الفقه وأصوله.

The Hanbali jurists take care of the individual judiciary، its manners and its evidence with special literature like other scholars of the other schools of thought mentioned above، and this is due to two main reasons: the sufficiency of the jurists of the doctrine in what they wrote in the books of the juristic branches from the chapters on the judiciary and its literature and evidence، they have dealt with these issues clearly and clearly Jurisprudential books wrote that the Hanbali school of thought was not an official doctrine of the state in the previous ages، except when the first Saudi state emerged in the Arabian Peninsula in 1157 A.H. And the matter remains so in the Saudi state in all its roles until now while the three schools of thought had a political role. The research also includes the book “Informing the Signatories on the Lord of the Worlds”، by Imam Ibn Al- Qayyim (d. 751 AH) in terms of his author، and his method of writing this great book، which made many ancient and modern scholars pay attention and care، so that they have diversified their paths in dealing with this book And in its inclusion under any science، and that is only for the diversity and branching of its issues، the abundance of its material، the diversity of its subjects، and we approach the book through the demands. A brief summary about the author on the one hand: his name، lineage، his death، and his distinguished scientific standing. Is the guardian of the mark Ibn al-Qayyim the judiciary، so that he appears in this field، and how was his scientific life، who are his elders and his disciples، and then limp by mentioning some of his books، which had fame The great، and took the great position، then deals with his method of deduction and explanation of rulings and his method in presenting the sayings of scholars and doctrines and mentioning the jurisprudential dispute and his approach to the presentation of evidence and his method in mentioning judicial applications and the most prominent characteristic of the book where it is considered for the books of Ibn Al-Qayyim and the most important and the first book of its kind in the origins Legislation and its secrets، and the doctrines of the predecessors in the Fatwa، ijtihad، and introducing the notables of the muftis from the companions and the followers، and the extrapolation of the strange things، and the chapters of chapters in jurisprudence and its origins.
