المستخلص: المشروع للزوج إذا أراد طلاق زوجته أن يلتزم ما جاءت السنة به من أوصاف الطلاق الشرعي، ومن ذلك: أن يطلقها طلقة واحدة ويتركها بعد الشروع في عدتها فلا يردفها طلقة أخرى، فإن رغب في إمساكها بالمعروف أمسكها قبل انقضاء عدتها، وإن لم تكن له رغبة في إمساكها تركها حتى تنقضي عدتها فتبين منه، وكذا يعمل المخالع إذا خالع زوجته، فلا يردف عليها أثناء عدتها طلاقا، إلا أن بعض الناس يقع في مخالفة المشروع في طلاقه وخلعه، فيعمد بعد تطليق زوجته أو خلعها إلى إتباع ذلك وإردافه بطلاق آخر أثناء العدة، فجاء هذا البحث ليسلط الضوء على هاتين المسألتين بدءا ببيان المراد بالإرداف في الطلاق باعتباره مصطلحا فقهيا مستعملا في كلام الفقهاء، مبينا بعد ذلك صورة إرداف الطلاق في المسألتين، ثم الشروع بعد ذلك في بيان حكم الطلاق المردف على المطلقة الرجعية والمختلعة أثناء العدة من حيث وقوعه ونفوذه أو لا، ذاكرا مذاهب أهل العلم في ذلك، وأدلتهم من المنقول والمعقول مع المناقشة وبيان القول الراجح في كلا المسألتين، والتنبيه على أهم الأسباب التي أسهمت في إثارة الخلاف فيهما.

What is prescribed for the husband if he wants to divorce his wife is to adhere to the Sunnah descriptions of the legal divorce, including: to divorce her in one divorce and leave her after the start of her 'iddah, not to be capped by another one. Holding her, he left her until her 'iddah expires and it becomes apparent from him. Likewise, al Khula' works if he divorces his wife, so he does not spoil her during her waiting period for a divorce, except that some people fall in violation of the project in his divorce and take him off, so after divorcing his wife or taking her off, he intends to follow that and his buttocks with another divorce during the waiting period. This research is to shed light on these two issues, beginning with an explanation of what is meant by the buttocks in divorce, as it is a jurisprudential term used in the words of the jurists, After that, showing a picture of the buttocks of divorce in the two issues, then proceeding after that to explain the ruling on divorce that is attached to the divorced woman who is revoked and divorced during the waiting period in terms of its occurrence and its influence or not, mentioning the doctrines of the scholars on this, and their evidence from what is said and reasonable with discussion and clarification of the most correct opinion in both issues And warning about the most important reasons that contributed to stirring up disagreement in them.
