المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان النصوص المجملة من القرآن الكريم، وإجلاء معانيها، خاصة التي ظاهرها التعارض. وتقديم عمل صالح، يخدم الدين ويساهم في نشر العلم النافع، وخاصة ما يتعلق بالدراسات القرآنية. كذلك توضيح المنهج المتبع عند التعرض للنصوص المجملة في القرآن الكريم وطريقة تبيينها. وتيسير استفادة المختصين في القرآن وعلومه خاصة، وطلاب العلم والباحثين عامة من هذا البحث. وإخراج دراسة تطبيقية مستقلة بالآيات القرآنية التي ورد فيها الإجمال وبيانها سورة التحريم. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الذي يقوم على الاستقراء والتحليل والاستنباط والنقد. واقتضت طبيعة البحث في هذا الموضوع أن يقسم إلى مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، وفهارس على النحو التالي: المقدمة: وتتضمن أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث وخطته. المبحث الأول: معنى المجمل، وفيه أربعة مطالب: تعريف المجمل لغة واصطلاحا. والحكمة من وقوع المجمل في القرآن وأهميته. وأسباب الإجمال. وتضمن المبحث الثاني: بيان مجمل سورة التحريم، وفيها إحدى عشرة مسألة.

The current study aimed to elucidate the texts contain generalization in the Holy Qur’an, and clarify their meanings, especially those showing inconsistency according to their surface meaning. The study also sought to provide a work that might serves religion and contributes to the spread of useful knowledge, especially with regard to Quranic studies. More than that the study overviewed the approach followed for addressing the texts outlined in the Holy Qur’an and how to clarify them. Furthermore, the study sought to facilitate the benefits of the specialist from the Qur’an and its sciences in particular, and students and researchers in general. The study sought to produce an independent application study of the Qur’anic verses in which the generalizations were mentioned to be clarified, namely Surat Al-Tahrim. The study made use of the descriptive method, which is based on induction, analysis, deduction and criticism. The nature of the study entailed that it ought to be divided into an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, and indexes as follows: Introduction included the importance of the topic, reasons for its selection, previous studies, the research methodology and its scheme of work. The second chapter depicted the meaning of generalization, which included four parts namely, definition of generalization in language and among scholars, its importance and the reasons for generalization. The second chapter included the generalization of Surat Al-Tahrim, which contained eleven issues.
