|a تناول البحث هذه المسألة في فصلين؛ الفصل الأول بعنوان: مفاهيم مغلوطة عن الشريعة يجب أن تصحح. وتناول البحث في مطالب متتالية عناوين تبين أركان الموضوع مثل: ما هي الشريعة التي نريد تطبيقها، ثم حررت مصطلح الشريعة، وعرجت على لفظة القانون الوضعي، ما لها وما عليها، ثم كيف نحكم على مجتمع بأنه مجتمع مسلم؟، وتناول البحث الشبهة وعلاقتها بتطبيق الحدود، وناقش مسألة عصر الشبهة، وهل عصرنا عصر شبهة؟ وما الذي يترتب على ذلك؟. والفصل الثاني بعنوان: الشريعة المطبقة في الواقع العملي. رصدت فيه رصدا حثيثا ما يتم تطبيقه على أرض الواقع من أرباع الفقه الأربعة، وجعلت لكل ربع من أرباع الفقه مطلبا يخصه، العبادات أولا، والمعاملات ثانيا، والنكاح ثالثا، وانتهيت بربع الجنايات، وتناول البحث مسألة الإعدام شقا، هل هو حد أم تعزير وهل يجوز تغيير هذه الوسيلة إلى غيرها لاستيفاء الحد؟ وهل استخدام السيف في القصاص متعين؟ أم يجوز استبداله؟ وهل لولي الأمر الاستئثار باستيفاء القصاص أم لابد له من تمكين صاحب الحق من الجاني؟ ثم تناول البحث المحصلة النهائية لما هو مطبق على أرض الواقع من أحكام الشريعة العملية، ثم ناقشنا هذه النتيجة لبيان مدى قربها من الصواب أو بعدها عنه ثم الخاتمة والتوصيات.....

In it I monitored vigorously what is being applied on the ground from the four quarters of jurisprudence, and I made for every quarter of the jurisprudence a demand that pertains to it, acts of worship first, And transactions secondly, and marriage third, and I ended with a quarter of felonies, and the research dealt with the issue of death by ripening, is it a limit or a condolence and is it permissible to change this method to another to fulfill the limit? Is it necessary to use the sword in retribution? Or is it permissible to replace it? Is it necessary for the guardian to exclude the fulfillment of retribution, or must he empower the right holder from the offender? Then the research dealt with the final outcome of what is applied in practice from the provisions of practical Sharia, then we discussed this result to indicate the extent of its proximity to or right from it, then the conclusion and recommendations...
