المستخلص: عمل الجامعات يقوم على ثلاث ركائز؛ التعليم، والبحث العلمي، وخدمة المجتمع، وقد حرصت الجامعة على تطوير هذه الركائز والأركان، خصوصا أنها تسعى الآن للحصول على الاعتماد (البرامجي) من (المركز الوطني للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي/ هيئة تقويم التعليم) بعد حصولها على الاعتماد (المؤسسي) بفضل الله تعالى ومنته. وسعيا من الجامعة الإسلامية لمواءمة الخطة المستقبلية للتعليم العالي (آفاق)، ورؤية المملكة (2030)، خطت خطوات ملموسة في تطوير ركائز الجامعة، وانطلاقا من الهدف الرابع في الخطة الاستراتيجية الثانية للجامعة الإسلامية (1437- 1441هـ) الذي ينص على: (تطوير منظومة البحث العلمي، وتعزيز إنتاجيته بما يخدم المجتمع المحلي والعالمي)، ورغبة في الارتقاء بمسيرة تلك المنظومة البحثية في الجامعة لتحقيق رؤيتها في أن تكون (منارة إسلامية عالمية رائدة في المعرفة والتنمية)، وتحقيق رسالتها في أن تكون: (مؤسسة سعودية عالمية، تقدم العلوم الشرعية والعربية والمعارف الأخرى للطلاب من دول العالم، وتعنى بالبحوث العلمية والخدمات المجتمعية المتميزة)، نسعى لعمل دراسة استقرائية وصفية تحليلية لرسائل قسم الفقه بكلية الشريعة بالجامعة الإسلامية والذي يعد من أقدم وأهم الأقسام العلمية الشرعية في الجامعات السعودية وفي الجامعة الإسلامية على وجه الخصوص، حيث كتب في القسم إلى الآن عدد كبير من الرسائل العلمية لمرحلة الماجستير والدكتوراه، يصل عددها إلى قرابة (1149) رسالة، وإلى الآن (لم) يتم استقراء هذه الرسائل ومعرفة التوجهات البحثية للقسم ومدى تحقيقه لأهداف الجامعة والكلية والقسم، ومدى تحقيق هذه الرسائل للتوجهات البحثية للجامعة، والخطة الاستراتيجية لها. وقد تناولت هذه الدراسة جميع الرسائل الجامعية التي سجلت في قسم الفقه منذ نشأته حتى نهاية الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الجامعي 1440هـــ.

The work of universities is based on three pillars; Education, scientific research, and community service, and the university was keen to develop these pillars and pillars, especially as it is now seeking to obtain (programmatic) accreditation from (the National Center for Academic Calendar and Academic Accreditation / Education Evaluation Authority) after obtaining the (institutional) accreditation by the grace of God Almighty and its end . In an effort to harmonize the future plan for higher education (horizons) and the vision of the Kingdom (2030), the Islamic University has made concrete steps in developing the pillars of the university, and starting from the fourth goal in the second strategic plan of the Islamic University 1437- 1441 AH) which states: (Development of the research system Scientific research, and enhancing its productivity to serve the local and international community), and a desire to advance that process The research system at the university to achieve its vision to be a (a global Islamic beacon leading in knowledge and development), and to achieve its mission to be: (a global Saudi institution that provides Sharia and Arabic sciences and other knowledge to students from the countries of the world, and is concerned with scientific research and outstanding community services), we seek To conduct an inductive and descriptive analytical study of the dissertations of the Department of Jurisprudence at the College of Sharia at the Islamic University, which is one of the oldest and most important forensic scientific departments in Saudi universities and in the Islamic University in particular, where a large number of scientific theses for the Master's and Doctorate levels have been written to date, the number of which reaches approximately (1149) Thesis, and to date (not) these messages have been extrapolated and research directions known The department and the extent to which it achieved the goals of the university, college and department, and the extent to which these messages achieve the university's research directions and its strategic plan. This study dealt with all the university theses that were registered in the Department of Jurisprudence from its inception until the end of the first semester of the academic year 1440 AH.
