|a تعد مؤسسة صناعة الإسمنت عين الكبيرة بولاية سطيف من أهم وأنجح المؤسسات العمومية في مجال صناعة الإسمنت على المستوى الوطني وقد شهدت عدة تطورات منذ نشأتها سنة 1978 والتي كان آخرها في سنة 2014، حيث قررت الجمعية العامة الغير عادية لهذه المؤسسة إدخالها الى بورصة الجزائر ورفع رأسمالها بنسبة 35% وهذا بهدف إتمام تمويل إنجاز خط الإنتاج الثاني الذي تكلفته 40 مليار دج. ولهذا الغرض تم تقييم مؤسسة صناعة الإسمنت عين الكبيرة لتحديد القيمة السوقية لأسهمها قبل طرحها للاكتتاب العام. في إطار تعدد طرق التقييم واختلافها من جهة وخصوصيات الاقتصاد الوطني من جهة أخرى تمت دراسة عملية التقييم التي خضعت لها المؤسسة والقيمة النهائية التي تم اعتمادها.

|b Cement industry corporation Ain El kebira in SETIF is one of the most important and successful public companies in the field of cement manufacturing on a national level, there have been several developments since its inception in 1978, which was the last in 2014, where the extraordinary general assembly of this corporation decided to insert it to the Algiers stock exchange, and raise its capital by 35%. With a view to completing financing the achievement of the second production line which cost 40 billion Algerian dinar. For this purpose, cement industry corporation Ain El Kebira was evaluated to determine the market value of its shares prior to offering them for public subscription. In the context of the multiplicity of methods of evaluation and their differences, and the peculiarities of the national economy, the company’s evaluation process and the final value have been studied.
