المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن التأثير المباشر وغير المباشر بين التسامح والهناء النفسي والتوافق الزواجي لدى المتزوجين، والفروق بين متوسطات درجات المتزوجين في التسامح والهناء النفسي والتوافق الزواجي وفقا للنوع (ذكورا/ إناثا)، ولمدة الزواج (قصيرة/ طويلة)، والتفاعل فيما بينهما. وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة بلغ قوامها 320 زوجا وزوجة من المتزوجين موزعين وفقا للنوع (160 ذكورا/ 160 إناثا)، ولمدة الزواج (154 قصيرة/ 166 طويلة)، وتراوحت أعمارهم بين (17 – 65 عاما) بمتوسط عمري قدره (38.07 عاما)، وانحراف معياري قدره (12.11 عاما)، وقد تم استخدام مقياس التسامح، ومقياس الهناء النفسي، ومقياس التوافق الزواجي، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود تأثير مباشر وغير مباشر بين التسامح والهناء النفسي والتوافق الزواجي لدى المتزوجين، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المتزوجين وفقا للنوع ولمدة الزواج في التسامح، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المتزوجين وفقا للنوع ولمدة الزواج في الهناء النفسي، وعدم وجود فروق وفقا للتفاعل فيما بينهما، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المتزوجين وفقا للنوع ولمدة الزواج والتفاعل فيما بينهما في التوافق الزواجي.

The study aimed to discover about the direct and indirect effect between tolerance, psychological well-being, and marital adjustment married couples, Differences between means scores of married couples in tolerance, psychological well-being, and marital adjustment according to gender (male/ female) and the duration of the marriage (short/ long), and the interaction between them. The study was conducted on a sample of 320 male and female, distributed according to gender (160 males and 160 females) and for the duration of the marriage (154 short /166 long), Their ages ranged between (17-65 years) with an average age of (38.07 years) and a standard deviation of (12.11 years), used of The tolerance Scale, the psychological well-being scale and the marital adjustment scale, The results showed that There was a direct and indirect effect between tolerance, psychological well-being, and marital adjustment among married couples, there wasn't statistically significant differences between married couples in tolerance according to gender and the duration of the marriage, there was statistically significant differences between married couples in psychological well- being according to gender and the duration of the marriage, and there wasn't differences in the interaction between them, there was differences according to gender, the duration of the marriage and the interaction between them in marital adjustment.
