المستخلص: تمثل الإدارة التربوية في عصر العولمة بيئة إدارية مفتوحة حولها. نظرا لحقيقة أنها ديناميكية، فقد تمكنت من التعامل مع مختلف التغييرات البيئية والمحلية والدولية. كما إنه يركز على تعديل وإقامة توازن فيما يتعلق بمتطلباته واحتياجات الناس الذين يعيشون في المجتمع. وبالتالي، لن تبقى سلبية قبل عصر العولمة. يحتاج إلى تعزيز أسلوبه، وتعزيز منطقه، وتحسين بيئته الوظيفية من أجل مواجهة التطور العلمي. بعض الأسئلة المطروحة في الدراسة ما يلي: -ما هو موقف الإدارة التعليمية من العولمة؟ هل يبقى سلبيا بحجة أنه يهتم بالحالة التعليمية التي تم الحصول عليها من البيئة والتقاليد؟ ما هو مصير النظريات الخاصة للإدارة التربوية؟ -هل ستبقى كما هي؟ وتستعرض ورقة البحث هذه الإجابات التي تستند إلى المنطق العلمي للأسئلة السابقة. لذلك، يمكننا تحديد مشكلة الدراسة على النحو التالي: -كيف تواجه البيئة التعليمية عصر العولمة؟ وقد ظهرت العديد من الأسئلة الفرعية على النحو التالي: 1-ما أهمية البيئة التعليمية في عصر العولمة؟ 2-ما هو وضع البيئة التعليمية في عصر العولمة في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية؟ 3-كيف يمكن أن تتفاعل البيئة التعليمية مع العولمة؟ 4-ما هي الخطط المقترحة لتحديث أجهزة الإدارة التربوية في عصر العولمة؟

Educational administration in the globalization era represents an open administrative environment around its surrounding. Due to the fact that it is dynamic, it has been able to cope with various environmental, local, and international changes. It focuses on modifying and establishing a balance in regards to its requirements and the needs of the people that lives in the society. Thus, it will not remain passive before the era of globalization. It needs to reinforce its style, strengthen its logic, and improve its functional environment in order to cope with scientific development. Some of the questions considered in the study include: What is the stance of the educational administration towards globalization? Does it remain passive under the pretext that it cares for the educational situation that was sourced from environment and tradition? What is the fate of the special theories of the educational administration? Will it remain as it is? This research paper will proffer answers that are based on scientific logic for the previous questions. Therefore, we can define the study problem as follows: How does the educational environment face the globalization era? Many sub questions emerged as follows: 1. What is the significance of the educational environment on the globalization era? 2. What is the situation of the educational environment in the globalization era in the Kingdom of Hashemite Jordanian? 3. How can the educational environment interact with globalization? 4. What are the suggested plans to modernize the machines of the educational administration in the globalization era?
