يعد استخدام الكمبيوتر في الوقت الحالي هي قمة التكنولوجيا التعليمية ويعد أكثر الآلات التعليمية استخداما لذلك كان من الضورى استخدام الكمبيوتر في مجال التربية بكل فئاتها ومراحلها التعليمية المختلفة سواء للأفراد الأسوياء أو من ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة حيث لم يعد يقتصر التعليم فقط على الطلاب الأسوياء بل امتد ليشمل جميع الطلاب بغض النظر عن مستوياتهم العقلية أو خصائص نموهم المختلفة حيث أصبح ينظر إلى الأفراد فئة الصم وضعاف السمع على أنهم أفراد طبيعيون، ولكن لديهم بعض الاضطرابات التي تتطلب التعامل معهم بنظرة إيجابية؛ لذا يجب الاتجاه إلى تطوير سياسة تعليم فئة الصم وضعاف السمع باعتبارهم عضو فعال ومؤثر في المجتمع لذلك كان لابد من استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة في تدريس المناهج الخاصة بهم وخصوصا منهج التفصيل والحياكة (رسم النماذج) داخل مدارس الصم وضعاف السمع؛ حيث لا يوجد اهتمام بتلك الناحية وذلك. عن طريق تصميم برامج تعليمية مترجمة بلغة الإشارة بطريقة شيقة وممتعة، وعلى ضوء نلك نشأت فكرة الدراسة بحيث أصبح الهدف الرئيسي استخدام الحاسوب في تنمية تقنية الملابس الجاهزة والدافعية للإنجاز للصم وضعاف السمع. وقد تم إعداد اختبار تحصيلي ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز مأخوذ عن فاروق عبد الفتاح وتم إضافة لغة الإشارة له والأسطوانة التعليمية المحتوية على البرنامج التعليمي بأسلوب العروض التقديمية لتنمية تقنيات الملابس الجاهزة لفئة الصم وضعاف السمع واستمارة لتقييم البرنامج التعليمي لتقديمه للمحكمين وللطلاب واستمارة لتقييم القطعة النهائية (قميص طفل) باستخدام البرنامج التعليمي. وقد تم الاطلاع على الدراسات والبحوث التربوية السابقة والمرتبطة بموضوع الدراسة والاستفادة منها في إعداد الإطار النظري وأدوات الدراسة والأسطوانة التعليمية كذلك تحديد خصائص نمو طلاب الصم وضعاف السمع واحتياجاتهم ومتطلباتهم. وتم عرض أدوات الدراسة على المحكمين لإجراء التعديلات اللازمة وتطبيق كلا من الاختبار التحصيلي ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز وإنتاج قميص طفل بالطريقة المعتادة على عينة الدراسة قبليا واستمارة لتقييم البرنامج التعليمي وتقديمها للمحكمين، ثم تقديم الأسطوانة التعليمية على العينة. (عن طريق استخدام الحاسوب) وتطبيق كلا من الاختبار التحصيلي ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز وإنتاج قميص طفل بعد الاطلاع على البرنامج على عينة الدراسة بعديا، وتجميع البيانات الناتجة، ويتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج: ١ -يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي البعدي لاختبار التحصيل المعرفي الخاص برسم النموذج. ٢ -يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس الدافعية للإنجاز. ٣-يحقق البرنامج التعليمي درجة نجاح (قبول) من تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية من الناحية الفنية، ومن ناحية استخدام الحاسب، ومن الناحية التخصصية مما يؤكد فاعلية البرنامج. ٤ -يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي على استمارة تقييم للمنتج النهائي (قميص طفل).
The use of computer nowadays is the peak of the educational technology. Since the computer is the most widely used educational tool, it becomes very important to use it in the field of education in all its categories and different stages for both normal individuals and also people with special needs as education is no longer lnmted to the normal students but extended to all students regardless of their mental levels or different growth characteristics. At present, People with special needs are seen as normal people who only have some disorders that require dealing with them with a positive outlook so, the educational policy of people with special needs - especially the Deaf and Hard of Hearing- must be developed to deal with them as active and influential members of the community. So that, It becomes important to use modem technological means in teaching Home Economics curriculum specially models drawing curriculum inside the Deaf and Hard of Hearing schools, so, there is no interest with this side, so This can be done by designing educational programs which are translated into sign language in an enjoyable and interesting way In this light, The idea of the study arose, as the mam target here is to study the effectiveness of a reference unit based on computer to develop garment technologies and achievement motivation among the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. It has been prepared achievement test and achievement motivation scale taken from Farouq Abdel Fattah. [The sign language was added to it]. An educational CD containing the reference unit programmed in presentation style to develop garment techniques for The Deaf and Hard of Hearing, an evaluation form for educational program to be submitted to the arbitrators and students, and another evaluation form for the final piece of the (child shirt) uses educational programs. Access to previous studies and educational researches related to the study topic and make benefit from them in the preparation of the theoretical framework, study tools and the programmed reference unit. AS well as determine the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing student’s growth characteristics and their needs. The study tools have been displayed to the arbitrators to make the necessary adjustments , applied both of achievement test, achievement motivation scale production of child shirt in the usual way on the study sample tribal, presented an evaluation form of educational program for arbitrators, also, presented educational CD on the sample "using computer", applied both of achievement test, achievement motivation scale production of child shirt after reviewing the program on the study sample uday., processed resulting data statistically using appropriate statistical methods assembly. The study reached to a group of results; 1-There is astatistically significant difference at the (0.05) level between the average grades of the experimental group in the tribal application and posttest to test the cognitive achievement that related to drawing the model 2-There is astatistically significant difference at the (0.05) level between die average grades of the experimental group in the tribal and posttest application to the achievement motivation scale. 3-The educational program achieves a degree of success (accept) from the experimental group of students from several aspects including the technical, specialized terms and the use of computers which confirms the effectiveness of the program. 4-There is astatistically significant difference at the 0.05 level between the average grades of the experimental group in the tribal and post (uday) application on the evaluation form of the final product (child shirt).
