تهدف الدراسة إلى تطوير مقترح لتطبيق أبعاد حوكمة المشروعات كمتطلب رئيس لتعزيز نجاح المشروع حيث انتقل تطبيق هذا المفهوم من الشركات إلى المشاريع، في حين أن مشكلة الدراسة تدور حول عدم وجود إدراك كاف لأبعاد حوكمة المشروعات وضعف واضح في القدرة على تطبيقها، وعدم القدرة على ربط حوكمة المشروع بحوكمة المنظمة ومتطلبات الصناعة ومعاييرها في البيئة الأردنية، تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج النوعي من خلال مجموعات التركيز لتحديد أي الأبعاد الأكثر ملائمة للبيئة الأردنية، كما طورت الدراسة استبانة لرصد توجهات العاملين في المشروعات لمدى استخدام هذه الأبعاد من الناحية التطبيقية، وتحليل تطبيقها في نجاح المشروع، تعتمد الدراسة على تحليل بياناتها من خلال كلٍ من الإحصاء الوصفي والتطبيقي على الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) والتي منها تحليل الانحدار المتعدد والتدريجي واختبار مستوى التباين، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك أثراً واضحاً للشفافية والمساءلة في تعزيز فرص نجاح المشروع كمكون رئيس للحوكمة من حيث العمليات الإنتاجية وتعزيز فاعلية المشروع وزيادة فرص نجاحه. كما توصلت الدراسة أن هناك أثراً ذا دلالة إحصائية بين توفير نظام كفؤ للمتابعة وتوفير هيكل داعم لحوكمة المشروع يمكن من تعزيز فرص نجاح المشروع إلا أنه على الشركات الاهتمام ببناء مؤشرات عمل تناسب قدرات فرق العمل للمشاريع التي تعاني اختلالاً وتفاوتاً واضحاً. توصي الدراسة بإجراء مزيد من الدراسات لمتغيرات جديدة للحوكمة ومتطلبات مختلفة في قطاعات مختلفة والعمل على تعزيز قدرات فريق العمل في المشروع بما يضمن نجاحه وبناء نماذج علمية جديدة تساعد في إعادة تطبيق المتغيرات الرئيسية لدور الحوكمة في المشروعات في البيئة العربية والأردنية للوصول إلى نموذج أمثل قابل للتطبيق بما يضمن إدخال جميع أبعاد الحوكمة إلى المشاريع لتعزيز نجاح المشروعات في البيئة العربية.
This study aims to develop a proposal that implements the dimensions of project governance as a major requirement to enhance the success of the project as applying this concept moved from companies to projects. The problem of the study was that weakness of insufficient awareness of the project governance dimensions and a clear failing in linking the project governance principles and rules with the organization's governance in Jordanian environment. The study also developed a questionnaire as the main tool for data gathering to monitor the attitudes of the project managers and project teams to the extent of using these dimensions, principles and rules and to analyze their effect on the success factors of the project. The data were analyzed by using (SPSS) program and descriptive and statistical analysis. The study revealed a significant impact of transparency and accountability on reinforcing the chances of success of the project as a major component of governance in terms of production processes, enhancing the effectiveness of the project and increasing its chances of success. The study also revealed a statistically significant impact between providing an efficient system for follow-up and supplying a supportive structure for project governance that can enhance the chances of project success. However, companies of Al-Manaseer Group should pay attention to building work indicators that suit the capabilities of work teams for projects that suffer from clear imbalances and disparities. The study recommends conducting further studies of new governance variables and different requirements in different sectors and working to enhance the capabilities of the project team to ensure success and build new scientific models that help re-apply the main variables of the role of governance in projects in the Arab and Jordanian environment to reach an ideal model that can be applied in such a way that insures the introduction of all dimensions of governance into projects to enhance the success of projects in the Arab environment.
