المستخلص: تعتبر الأسرة نواة المجتمع فهي المحطة الأولى التي ينشئ فيها الأفراد ويتلقون منها كل التعاليم الاجتماعية والثقافية لكي ينخرطوا في المجتمع، فهي تقدم لهم الرعاية والحماية الأزمة خلال محتلق مراحل حياتهم، إلا أن الأسرة قد تواجه العديد من المشاكل التي تهدد استقرارها وتجعل منها غير قادرة على تأدية واجبها بشكل مثالي، ومن أبرز هذه المشاكل هو حالة الطلاق بين الزوجين وما يترتب عن هذه الحالة من فوضى يكون ضحيتها بالدرجة الأولى الأطفال الذين قد ينجرون إلى طرق الانحراف والجريمة، ومن هذا المنطلق تمحور هذا البحث حول الطلاق وأسبابه وسبل علاجه في المجتمع الليبي، من خلال التطرق إلى مفهوم الطلاق وأسبابه، بالإضافة إلى استعراض اهم الأثار الاجتماعية للطلاق على الفرد والأسرة في المجتمع الليبي، وتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأسباب الاجتماعية المؤدية للطلاق، كما تهدف لتسليط الضوء على الأثار الاجتماعية للطلاق على الأطفال في المجتمع الليبي، وسوف يتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، عن طريق جمع المادة العلمية وسردها بشكل منظم وبتسلسل فكري حسب عناصر الموضوع وتفصيلاته، وسيتم تقسيم البحث إلى المقدمة التي تتضمن منهجية البحث وأهدافه، بالإضافة إلى فكرة عن الموضوع، المتن ويتضمن عناصر الموضوع، النتائج والتوصيات، وأخيرا قائمة المراجع التي تم الاستعانة بها.

The family is the nucleus of society, as it is the first station in which individuals create and receive all social and cultural teachings in order to engage in society, as it provides them with care and protection for the crisis during the most intense stages of their lives, but the family may face many problems that threaten its stability and make it unable to perform Ideally her duty, and among the most prominent of these problems is the state of divorce between the spouses and the chaos that results from this situation in which the victims are in the first place the children who may be dragged into the paths of delinquency and crime, and from this standpoint this research focused on divorce, its causes and means of treatment in Libyan society, through Addressing the concept of divorce and its reasons, in addition to reviewing the most important social effects of divorce on the individual and the family in Libyan society, and the study aims to identify the social causes leading to divorce, and aims to highlight the social effects of divorce on children in Libyan society, and the descriptive analytical approach will be used. By collecting the scientific material and listing it in an organized manner and in an intellectual sequence according to the elements and details of the topic, and the research will be divided into an introduction that includes a methodology The research and its objectives, in addition to an idea about the topic, the body and includes the elements of the topic, results and recommendations, and finally a list of references that have been used.
