يهدف البحث إلى استقراء ظاهرة التكفير عند الزيدية، فبدأ بتعريف التكفير عندهم، وتقسيم الدور إلى دار كفر، ودار إسلام، ودار فسق، وتحدث على الأحكام التي رتبوها بناء على ذلك التقسيم، وضوابط التكفير عندهم، وناقش ذلك التقسيم، وتلك الأحكام، ثم تحدث البحث على الآثار المترتبة على ظاهرة التكفير عند الزيدية؛ كاستحلال الدماء، والأموال، والأعراض، سواء في الماضي أو الحاضر، ووقف على أسباب تلك الظاهرة، سواء الأسباب الدينية، أو السياسية، أو ما يعود منها إلى طبيعة المجتمع الزيدي كالجهل، والعصبية المذهبية، ثم يقف البحث على التكفير بالتأويل عند أهل السنة، ويبين الآثار المترتبة عليه، مع مقارنتها بالمذهب الزيدي اتفاقا واختلافا، كما أجاب البحث على بعض الإشكالات المتعلقة .بمدى ثبوت ظاهرة التكفير كمبدأ أصيل في المذهب الزيدي، ويجيب عليها بأسلوب علمي، ثم يختم البحث بجملة من النتائج والتوصيات.
This research aims at studying the blasphemy phenomena among Zaidi doctrine followers. It starts defining the blasphemy from their point of view and it classifies the places into a place of blasphemy, a place of Islam, and a place of bawdiness. It discusses the legislations and rules based on that classification. It also explores their blasphemy standards, The research discusses the consequences of blasphemous phenomena among Zaidi followers such as permitting shed blooding, taking illegal funds, and violating the Muslim honor, whether in the past or present. The research investigates the reasons for this phenomenon whether the religious and political ones or what it is involved with the nature of Zaidi community as ignorance and doctrine fanaticism. The research traces the blaspheming according to interpretation of Sunni people and indicating its consequences compared with Zaididoctorine whether in agreed or disagreed issues. The study also finds answers on some problematic issues involved with demonstrating the blaspheming phenomenon as an authentic code in Zaidi doctrine and discusses this issue scientifically. The research concludes with a host of findings and recommendations.
