المستخلص: الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسوله وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه، وبعد: فلا يخفى على أصحاب هذا الشأن -شأن أهل الفقه وأصوله- مكانة علم المقاصد وشريف مترلته، ذلك أن الله تعالى لم يخلق الثقلين عبثا ولم يتركهم سدى بل أنزل فيهم شرائعه على خير خلقه -أنبيائه- وجعل شريعة نبينا صلى الله عليه وسلم أفضلها وخاتمتها، ومن رحمته أن جعلها لصلاح العباد في معاشهم ومعادهم في جميع أحكامها، وقد علم العباد تلك المصالح صراحة أو إشارة، وكان للعلماء المجال الرحب في معرفة هذه المصالح وضبطها وتأصيلها ومن ثم التطبيق عليها ومسايرتها في كل مسألة نازلة وحادثة مستجدة، ولذا نشأ علم المقاصد كغيره من سائر العلوم الي سارت بتدرج في النشأة والنمو إلى أن أصبح علما مستقلا بذاته من حيث الجملة، ومن الطبيعي جدا أن يحدث الاختلاف بين المختصين فيه في كل ما سبيله الظن والاجتهاد، وشيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية -رحمه الله- كغيره من العلماء له اجتهاده ونظره، فهو لم يولد عالما وإنما سبق بتراث علمي ضخم، إلا أن الله تعالى فتح عليه بالتحقيق والتنقيح في علوم عديدة ما يشهد له بالرسوخ في العلم والسعة فيه، ومن تلك العلوم علم المقاصد، فكان له نقد في بعض جوانب هذا العلم لمن سبقه، وتحقيق واسع لبعض الجوانب الأخرى، وكان له أثر بالغ ظاهر فيمن أتوا بعده واستنوا بسنته، فرأيت أن أجمع نقده للسابقين وأثره في اللاحقين في مسائل هذا العلم الشريف -علم المقاصد- في هذا البحث، الذي عنونت له ب:"مناظرات شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية في مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية" وسيكون الكلام في هذا البحث منقسما إلى قسمين القسم الأول: في تعريف موجز بشيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية، وبعلم المقاصد من حيث ماهيته وكيفية نشأته وتأريخ تدوينه وبيان أهميته وأقسامه وعير ذلك، ثم الكلام في بعض مسائل علم المقاصد الي كان للشيخ رأي أو اختيار يخالف بعض علماء المقاصد، والقسم الثاني: تتمة لبقية المسائل الي كاد للشيخ رأي أو اختيار يخالف بعض علماء المقاصد، وسيكون القسم الأول موضوع هدا البحث، وسيكون القسم الثاني موضوع البحث الآخر؛ لكون المادة العلمية هذا الموضوع لا يحتملها عدد واحد من أعداد المجلات المحكمة.

Praise to Allah and peace and prayers be upon his messenger, his family, his companions and the followers. It is not hidden on the specialists in this matter, the Faqh (Jurisprudence) specialists and its foundations, the position of the Intention Science and its supreme position. Allah (Subahanuwatala) does not create human beings and Jens (thakalain) aimlessly and He does not leave them without directions but He descends his legislations to the best of His creatures and His prophets. However, He makes Shari'a Mohammed, our prophet, the best and the last one. Out of Allah's mercy, He makes it for the benefit of the people in their life and Hereafter. He has taught His worshippers such benefits explicitly or implicitly. The Ulama (religious scholars) have a broad space to recognize such interests, then, refine and authenticate them to be applied and matched upon all the existing issues and new incidents. The Intentions Science was established as other sciences that started slowly and grow gradually to become an independent area of knowledge as a whole. No wonder to find differences among its specialists in some uncertain issues or other issues required ijtihad. Sheikh Al Islam Bin Taimiya, as other Ulama (religious scholars), has his views and ijtihad (investigating the right judgments according to Holy Quran and Hadith). He was not born a religious scholar (Aalem) but a large religious legacy has preceded him. However, Allah has helped him in refining and reviewing various areas of Islamic knowledge that were a witness to his deep knowledge and capability. One of such areas of knowledge is the science of Intentions which he has a sort of criticism in some aspects of such knowledge for his precedents and a large reviewing in other aspects. He has a great and explicit influence upon who came after him to follow his views and Sunnah. I attempt in this research "Sheikh Al Islam Bin Taimiya's Debates on Islamic Shari'a Intentions" to gather his criticisms to the precedents and their effectiveness upon the followers in the issues of this honorable science, The Intentions Science. The research will be categorized into two sections: The first one: Introducing Sheikh Al Islam Bin Taimiya and the Intentions Science: its contents, its rising, and the history of its writing. Indicating its significance and its sections…etc. then addressing some of the issues in the Science of Intentions in which sheikh Bin Taimiya has his own views and a view that goes against the Ulama of Intentions or different from their views. It is done, by Allah's help, in one of the previous researches. The second one: accomplishing the rest issues of the first research in which Sheikh Bin Taimiya has a view or a selection different from other scholars of Intentions. The first section is the topic of present research and the second one is the topic of the second research, being the scientific materials of this topic may not be wise to be included in one of the issues of the same refereed journals.
