|a تضمن الهدف من هذه الدراسة اقتراح مستويات معيارية تتوافق مع خصوصيات رياضي المنطقة وتجنب الاعتماد على معايير غربية يلجأ إليها بعض المدربين كبديل في عملية الانتقاء في ألعاب القوى، هذا وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي وشملت عينة البحث على 64 رياضي من فئة (10-11 سنة) تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المقصودة من مجتمع الدراسة وطبقت عليهم بطارية اختبار بدنية مقترحة تم معالجة نتائجها إحصائيا باستخدام الدرجات المعيارية لتصنف أفراد العينة إلى ستة مستويات متدرجة من الضعيف جدا إلى الممتاز، وأوصت نتائج الدراسة باستخدام المستويات المقترحة والتي تعد دعما علميا للملاحظة الميدانية لتسهيل عملية انتقاء المواهب.

|b The goal included through this study suggest standard levels that correspond to the specifics of the athlete of the region and avoid dependence on western standards that some coaches turn to it as an alternative to the selection process in athletics, This study based on the descriptive method using survey method, The study sample included 64 athletes from (10-11 years), They were chosen with the intended way and applied a suggested physical test battery on them, the results were statistically processed to classify the members of the sample into six levels, ranging from very weak to excellent, The study recommended the use of the proposed levels Which is a support for field observation to facilitate the process of selecting talent.
