المستخلص: يعد كتاب "الجامع الكبير"، من أشهر مصنفات الإمام السيوطي في الحديث وفنونه، سلك فيه منهجا فريدا، أبدع في جمع متون السنة، وفي العزو إلى مصادر كثيرة ومتنوعة، وفي التقسيم، والترميز، وغير ذلك، مما يعنى هذا البحث ببيانه، وإبراز مواضع التجديد فيه، والكلام عن أثره فيمن جاء بعده، سالكين في دراسته المنهج الوصفي مع التتبع الجزئي، عند الكلام عن: ترجمته، والتعريف بكتابه، وأثره فيمن بعده، والمنهج الاستنباطي، عند كلامنا عن مواطن التجديد فيه. ولا نعرف، في حدود ما اطلعنا عليه، من كتب بحثا مفردا لبيان مواضع التجديد والإبداع في هذا الكتاب، ولا في أثره فيمن بعده، بمثل ما تناوله هذا البحث، فيما نرى. ومن أجل تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة، والمتمثلة في: إبراز جهود الإمام السيوطي في خدمة فن التخريج بخاصة، وإبراز مواطن التجديد والإبداع في هذا الكتاب، وأثره فيمن جاء بعده، قسمناه بعد المقدمة، إلى أربعة مباحث؛ الأول منها تمهيدي عرفنا فيه بالإمام السيوطي، من غير إطالة ولا إخلال، كما تكلمنا فيه عن ملامح التجديد عنده، وخصصنا المبحث الأول، للتعريف بالجامع الكبير، ومواطن التجديد والإبداع فيه، وضربنا في الثاني، أمثلة تبين صحة ما ادعيناه، وخصصنا الرابع، للكلام عن أثر الجامع الكبير فيمن جاء بعده، ليتوج الموضوع بخاتمة، تضمنت أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

Al-Jami’ Al-Kabīr (The Major Collection) is one of the most famous books of Imam As-Suyūṭī in ḥadīth (prophetic tradition) and its disciplines wherein he adopted a unique approach and achieved excellent results in the collection of the matn (content) of ḥadīth narrations, attribution to many and varied sources, categorization, symbolization and other things that this study is concerned to point out, highlight the innovations they contain and address the impact they have on later scholars, using a descriptive method that employs partial follow-up when tackling his biography, introducing the book and clarifying its impact on later scholars, as well as a deductive method when addressing the innovations that the book contains. To the best of my knowledge, I am not aware of any other study that is dedicated to detecting the aspects of innovation and creativity in this book or determining its impact on later scholars in a manner that is as adequate as that of the present study. In order to achieve the desired objectives of this study, namely, to highlight Imam As-Suyūṭī’s efforts in serving ḥadīth verification and authentication, to highlight the aspects of innovation and creativity contained in the book and to highlight its impact on later scholars, I have divided the study, after the introduction, into four chapters. The first chapter introduces Imam As-Suyūṭī in adequate length and addresses the features of innovation in his works. The second chapter introduces Al-Jami’ Al-Kabīr and the aspects of innovation and excellence that it contains. The third chapter cites examples that prove the veracity of my claims. The fourth chapter tackles the impact of Al-Jami’ Al-Kabīr on later scholars. The study then ends with a conclusion showing the most important findings and recommendations.
