المستخلص: يتلخص البحث في تقديم فكرة التعامل مع النوازل الدعوية في ضوء فقه مقاصد الشريعة عموما، ومقاصد الدعوة إلى الله خصوصا؛ حيث يظهر في المبحث الأول شيئا عن علاقة مقاصد الشريعة بالدعوة إلى الله، ومدى تأثيرها في المجال الدعوي، وخاصة على مستوى مبلغ الدعوة (الداعية)، ثم يشرع تدريجيا في عمق الفكرة بحيث يظهر أهمية تطبيق الفقه المقاصدي في النوازل الدعوية المستجدة، وذلك حول محورين رئيسين يعتبران أنموذجا يبينان الفكرة التي يراد إيصالها: النموذج الأول: تأثير فقه المقاصد على الدعاة في نوازل الدعوة، ويبين ذلك في مطلبين: المطلب الأول: تأثير فقه المقاصد في أسلوب الشورى لدى الدعاة إلى الله في نوازل الدعوة. المطلب الثاني: تأثير فقه المقاصد على اجتهاد الداعية في النوازل الدعوية، حيث يوضح البحث للداعية أهمية اعتبار جلب المصالح ودفع المضار، ودرجات هذه المسألة. الأنموذج الثاني: تأثير فقه المقاصد على موضوعات الدعوة، وكيف يؤثر هذا الفقه على الموضوعات المستجدة، وكان ذلك أيضا في مطلبين مهمين: المطلب الأول: تأثير فقه المقاصد على الارتقاء بالموضوع الدعوي في النوازل الدعوية، سواء كان ذلك على مستوى موضوعات القربات والطاعات، أو على مستوى موضوعات العقود بأنواعها، وضربت لذلك مثالين في نموذجين. المطلب الثاني: تأثير فقه المقاصد في التدرج لموضوع الدعوة في النوازل الدعوية. ثم يختم البحث بخاتمة، وأهم النتائج والتوصيات التي خرج بها البحث.

The research is summed up in providing a concept for dealing with contemporary issues in light of the Sharia Objectives Fiqh in general and the purposes of Dawah in particular; where the first chapter sheds light on the relation between the objectives of Sharia and Dawah; and the extent of its influence on the field of Dawah ،especially to the Islamic Preacher (Dai’ah). Then it gradually delves deeper into the core of the idea to manifest the importance of applying the Fiqh of Sharia Objectives to the contemporary issues ،through discussing two main approaches presented as standard samples to convey the intended idea: First Sample: The effect of the Sharia Objectives Fiqh on preachers in dealing with contemporary issues ،which is illustrated in two themes: ● The first theme: The effect of the Sharia Objectives Fiqh on the method of Shurah among the preachers with respect to contemporary issues. ● The second theme: The effect of the Sharia Objectives Fiqh on the preacher’s discretion on contemporary issues ،whereas the research discloses ،to the preacher ،the importance of bringing benefits and averting damages and the degrees of such matter. Second Sample: The effect of the Sharia Objectives Fiqh on the subjects of Dawah and its impact on contemporary issues; covered in two vital themes as well: The first theme: The effect of the Sharia Objectives Fiqh on taking up the Dawah topics which are relevant to contemporary issues ،whether at the level of the pious acts topics or the level of the subjects of different contracts ،for which I set two examples in two samples. ● The second theme: The effect of Shariah Objectives Fiqh in upgrading the topic of Dawah associated with contemporary issues. The research ended with the conclusion ،key results and the recommendations thereof
