المستخلص: لقد أضحى الأمن المجتمعي ومرادفاته من المصطلحات الرائجة في العصر الحديث، التي تعد أحد أركان السلم المدني الذي صار مطلبا عالميا في ظل انتشار الحروب والصراعات المتعددة في شتى أنحاء العالم، وقد قامت دعاوى من المشككين في السنة النبوية بإسم هذه المصطلحات بإثارة العديد من الإشكالات على عدد من أحاديث الصحيحين، واتهموها بالوضع والافتراء بدعوى تهديدها لأمن المجتمعات، بحسب ظنهم لأنها تحرض على القتل، وتشجع عليه، وتسن مبدأ العقوبة الجماعية التي تعطي الحكام الضوء الأخضر في الإبادات الجماعية للشعوب، وتسوغ القتل بإسم التأويل والاجتهاد، وتؤيد القتل بلا ذنب، وتفعل الموروثات الجاهلية المؤيدة للعنف المجتمعي. وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتبين مفهوم الأمن المجتمعي ابتداء، ثم تناقش الإشكالات المنتقدة على الأحاديث، مناقشة عامة إجمالية لكل جزئية، ثم مناقشة سبعة أحاديث من الأحاديث المنتقدة بدعوى تهديدها للأمن المجتمعي بصورة مفصلة. وتظهر أهمية هذا البحث في إبراز الصورة الحقيقية للحديث النبوي في جوانب الرحمة والتعايش مع الآخر وتعظيم حرمة النفس البشرية، وفي محاولة للدفاع عن السنة النبوية ومقابلة تلك الدعاوى والتهم بالأدلة العلمية وفق أساليب البحث العلمي المنهجي

The "Society Safety" technical term and its alike have become one of the most widely spreading technical terms in the recent time and it is considered as one of the pillars of civil peace which has become an international need and concern as a result of the various wars and fights all around the globe. There are numbers of claims from those who oppose the Traditions of the Prophet who use these technical terms to spread numerous dubiosities towards a collection of the Prophetic Traditions recorded in the two most authentic books of Prophetic Tradition (Sahihain). They claim that such traditions were fabricated and the claims are built based on the propaganda that such traditions cause harm to the safety of the society because they motivate the believers to engage in killing and they give green light to the rulers to kill the invaded nations in total. At the same time, such traditions make the path easy and clear to killing under the name of reasoning, and they support killing without any valid cause and they support the continuity of the practices of the ignorant (jahiliyyah) in spreading violence in the society . This research aims to explain the definition of "society safety" and thus to discuss the dubiosities they bring on the traditions in general without leaving out any important aspect of the matter. After that this research will discuss in details ten traditions which has been claimed that they cause harm towards the safety of the society. The importance of this research emerges through the effort of portraying the real identity of the Prophetic Traditions from the aspects of compassion, mercy, living on the principal of mutual understanding towards others and respecting the value of human souls. This research also aims to defend the Prophetic Traditions from the false accusations of the opposers of the Prophetic Traditions by answering their baseless arguments with clear and solid empirical evidences in accordance to the standard research methodology.
