المستخلص: إن التعارض في المصالح الاستراتيجية، على المستوى الإقليمي والدولي ، شكل تحديا للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في قوتها التأثيرية، وعلى هذا الأساس تشكلت تفاعلاتها وإدارتها للصراع مراحلها التاريخية، فهي راهنت على استراتيجية بعيدة المدى رمستها لنفسها، تتمحور حول كيفية قيادة العالم فضلا عن الأسلوب الذي يحقق لها نشر القيم الأمريكية، وصولا إلى إن تكون دولة مؤثرة في توجيه السياسة وحركتها والتصرف مع الدول التي تقع خارج قيمها، من هنا تأتي أهمية البحث، فعملية استخدام قدرتها وتحييد مسار أنظمة دول المنطقة مستغلة العلاقة الهشة بين شعوب المنطقة أنظمتها السياسية، إلا أنها اصطدمت ,بمجموعة من المعوقات حالت إلى تهيئة الصراع الذي يرتكز على عاملين هما، الأفكار التي وضعها Fred Halliday كذلك Francis Fukuyama التي ركزت على ضرورة تفوق الثقافة الأمريكية على كل الثقافات، أما العامل الثاني فتتمثل في الأفكار التي وضعها Samuel Philips Huntington *عبر كتابه (صدام الحضارات) الذي يرتكز على ضرورة الاستعداد الأمريكي للمواجهة من اجل ترسيخ الزعامة العالمية والقضاء على الثقافات الأخرى التي تشكل عائقا أمامها. ولأجل تحقيق هذا الهدف انصرفت الولايات المتحدة إلى تغذية الصراع وتوظيفه لجعل المنطقة تشتد فيها الأزمات مستغلة وهن الأنظمة ومعتمدة على خلق أقواس الأزمات في العراق والخليج بمعية الدول الإقليمية المحيطة. ومن هنا بدأت التحولات تأخذ منعطفا في طبيعة التوازنات مع بروز قوة إقليمية (ايرن) تنافس الولايات المتحدة وتتقاطع مع مصالحها، مما جعل هذه الأخيرة استثمار قوتها بعد إن استطاعت إن تنفرد في التأثر على المستوى الدولي كقطب أوحد مستعينة بتوظيف القدرة العسكرية والاقتصادية متخذة من العراق مرتكزا كونه يتمتع بمقومات جيوسياسية واقتصادية للتعامل مع الأحداث المتسارعة.

The conflict in strategic interests at the regional and international levels posed a challenge to the United States of America in its influence power, and on this basis its interactions and management of the conflict were formed through, as it bet on a long-term strategy that it had drawn for itself, that focused on how to lead the world as well as the method that achieves the dissemination of values The American government, reaching an influential state in directing policy and its movement and acting with countries that fall outside their values, hence the importance of research, so the process of using its ability or neutralizing the path of the region’s countries' systems exploiting the fragile relationship with any of the peoples of the region or their political systems, but they collided with a set of obstacles in a case. To create a conflict that is based on two factors, The ideas put forward by Fred Halliday and Francis Fukuyama, who focused on the necessity of the superiority of American culture over all cultures, while the second factor is represented by the ideas developed by Samuel Phillips Huntington * a through his book (The Clash of Civilizations), which is based on the need for American preparedness for confrontation in order to consolidate leadership. Internationalism and the elimination of the highest other cultures that constitute an obstacle to it. and in order to achieve this goal, the United States has focused on feeding the conflict and employing it, making the region where crises intensify, exploiting the weakness of the regimes and relying on creating arcs of crises in Iraq and the Gulf, together with the surrounding regional countries. Hence, the transformations began to take a turn in the nature of balances with the emergence of a regional power (Iran) competing with the United States and intersecting with its interests, which made the latter invest its strength after it was able to unilaterally influence the international level as a single pole, using the use of military and economic capacity taken from Iraq as a base It has geopolitical and economic capabilities to deal with the accelerating events.
