|a أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى بيان حكم التبادل في الصلاة والأسرى والبيع والنكاح والقتل والسلام والتهاني والهدايا. منهج البحث: المنهج الذي سرت عليه في البحث المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنتاجي. أهم النتائج: 1- أن التبادل مقابلة شيء بشيء آخر. 2- أن التبادل من الصف الأول إلى غيره مكروه. 3- جواز تبادل الأسرى على القول الراجح. 4- جواز التبادل بالسلع والعملات بشروطها. 5- تحريم تبادل تزويج بتزويج بدون مهر. 6- لا يجوز تبادل القتل بقتل دون الرجوع للحاكم. 7- جواز تبادل السلام والتهاني والهدايا مع المسلمين، ومقيدة مع غير المسلمين في بعض الحالات.

|b Research aims: The research aims to explain the rule of exchange in prayer, prisoners, selling, marriage, killing, peace, congratulations, and gifts. Research Methodology: The approach that I have used in the research is the deductive inductive approach. The most important results: 1- That the exchange is something else. 2- That the exchange from the first row to the other is detestable. 3- It is permissible to exchange prisoners, according to the correct opinion. 4- It is permissible to exchange goods and currencies on its own terms. 5- It is forbidden to exchange a marriage by marrying without a dowry. 6- It is not permissible to exchange homicide by killing without consulting the governor 7- It is permissible to exchange peace, congratulations and gifts with Muslims, and are restricted with non-Muslims in some cases.
