المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض الشبهات المعاصرة التي أثيرت حول موقف القرآن الجهادي من أهل الكتاب، من حيث التعارض الظاهري بين حرية التدين وقتالهم عليه، والشبهات التي يدعو ظاهرها إلى إرهاب وتحقير أهل الكتاب، وبيان الخطاب القرآني فيما يخص قتال أهل الكتاب والتفريق بين المسالم والمعادي، وبيان الأقوال في الجزية والصغار. وقد اتبع الباحثان لتحقيق ذلك كلا من (المنهج الاستقرائي) لجمع هذه الإشكالات المثارة، و(المنهج التحليلي) لتفنيدها وردها والتوفيق بين معاني الآيات الكريمة، و(المنهج الاستنباطي) لاستنباط الدلالات المتعددة في الآيات، التي من شأنها دفع كل تعارض وتناقض. وقد توصل الباحثان إلى عدة نتائج، منها: أن دعوى المشككين إنما هي اختلاق اختلقوه إما لعداوة الإسلام، وإما لجهلهم بالقرآن وعلومه. ومنها: أن القرآن الكريم فرق في خطابه لأهل الكتاب بين المسالم والمعادي، فأعطى المسالم ما للمسلم من الحقوق، وحرص على هداية المقاتل قبل قتاله وأثناءه وبعده. ومنها: أن الأصل في علاقة المسلم مع غير المسلم هي السلم، وإنما يحصل القتال لأسباب خاصة. ومنها: أنه لا تناقض بين حرية التدين التي كفلها الإسلام لأهل الذمة والمعاهدين والمستأمنين، وبين قتال المعادي المقاتل منهم؛ فقتالهم ليس لكفرهم وإجبارهم على الإسلام، بل لعداوتهم ومقاتلتهم للمسلمين.

This study aims to present the contemporary suspicions that have been raised about the position of AL-JIHADI QURA'AN FROM THE PEOPLE OF SCRIPTURES, in terms of the apparent conflict between freedom of religion and their fight against it, and the suspicions that appear on the face of terrorism and contempt of the people of scriptures, and the statement of the QURA'ANIC DISCOURSE REGARDING the fight of the scriptures people and the distinction between the pacifist and hostile, and the statement of the sayings in tribute and extortion .The researchers followed to achieve that both of : Inductive approach to collect these raised problems. Analytical approach to refute problems, response them and reconcile the meaning of the holy verses. The Deductive approach that deducing multiple semantics in the verses that would remove push every conflict (inconsistency) and contradiction . The researchers have reached several results, including: The skeptics' claim is a fabrication made either by the enmity of Islam or by their ignorance of the Qura'an and its sciences. AL-QURA'AN made a difference in its speech between the pacifist and the hostile, it gave the MUSLIMS the rights of Muslim and keen to guide the fighter before fighting, during and after. The origin of the Muslim is peace, but the fighting occurs for specialprivate reasons. There is not contradiction between the freedom of religion guaranteed by Islam to the people of scriptures, the covenanters and the trustees (non – Muslims people, but they are protected by Islam). And between the fighter and hostile from them, fighting them not to their disbelief and force them to Islam, but to their hostility and fighting Muslims
