|a يعتبر موضوع حماية البيئة والتنمية المستدامة من أهم مواضيع عصرنا الحالي، خاصة بعد الأضرار الجسيمة التي لحقت ببيئتنا، ومن أجل ذلك حاولنا في هذا البحث القيام بتوضيح أهمية المحافظة على توازن البيئة من خلال العناية بموضوع دراسة الجدوى البيئية للمشاريع الاستثمارية، لا سيما وأن التوسع والتطور الصناعي يعد السبب الرئيس في هذا التدهور، كما قمنا بتوضيح المنهج الإسلامي في حماية البيئة ومقارنته بما جاء في التشريع الجزائري من نصوص وقوانين تخدم نفس الغرض، حيث توصلنا في نهاية البحث إلى أهم نتيجة، وهي: أن المنهج الإسلامي لدراسة الجدوى البيئية أشمل وأكمل وأسبق من أي تشريع وضعي حتى التشريع الجزائري.

|b The topic of environmental protection and sustainable development is one of the most important topics of our time especially after the serious damage to our environment. That's why we tried in this research to illustrate the importance of maintaining the balance of the environment. by paying attention to the subject of environmental feasibility study for investment projects, especially as the expansion and industrial development is the main cause of this deterioration. We have also explained the Islamic approach in protecting the environment and comparing it with the provisions of the Algerian legislation, At the end of the search we came to the most important result: They are: that the Islamic approach to the study of environmental feasibility is more comprehensive, fuller and earlier than any positive legislation even Algerian.
