المستخلص: الغرض من هذا البحث هو تسليط الضوء على مواطن أمن اللبس في (شرح الكافية الشافية)، والقيام بحصرها، ومناقشة ما كان لابن مالك من فكر نحوي وتصريفي تجاه هذه الظاهرة. ويكمن الباعث على القيام بهذه الدراسة في توضيح صور الفرار من اللبس أو الخوف منه في شرح الكافية الشافية، وبيان أثر هذه المسائل فيمن جاء بعده، وتفسير صلة هذه الظاهرة بكثير من أبواب (شرح الكافية الشافية) النحوية والتصريفية، والتأكيد على أن علامة الإعراب ليست هي المنقذ في جميع الأحوال لتحديد المعنى، ولاسيما عند خفاء هذه العلامة. وأما القيمة العلمية لهذا الموضوع فتتجلي في إبراز استيعابه الدقيق لأبعاد هذه الظاهرة والوقوف على أطرافها، وبيان أن قضية أمن اللبس في المقام الأول لم تكن تمردا على القاعدة النحوية أو التصريفية، أو هجوما عليها، أو محاولة للإفلات منها بقدر ما هي إبداع في تطبيق القاعدة، ومهارة في الاستفادة من معطيات النص. وقد جاء هذا البحث في مقدمة ومبحثين، وخاتمة فيها أهم ما انتهى إليه البحث من نتائج، ومن ذلك: أن هذه الظاهرة تعد في نظر الدراسة الملاذ الآمن للفرار من الرمي بالضرورة في الشعر، أو القول بالشذوذ في النثر، وأن ابن مالك خالف في كتبه الأخرى- أحيانا- ما اختاره في كتابه: (شرح الكافية الشافية) مما له تعلق بهذه الظاهرة، وأن من مسائل هذه الدراسة ما هو محل اتفاق بين شرح الكافية الشافية وكتبه الأخرى، ومنها ما هو محل اختلاف، وقد رصد هذا البحث التنوع في التعليل بين شرح الكافية الشافية وكتبه الأخرى؛ وكذا المسائل التي ذكرها ابن مالك من غير أن يصرح فيها باختيار. وصلى الله وسلم وبارك على سيدنا محمد وعلى أله وصحبه، وسلم تسليما كثيرا.

The purpose of this research is to highlight the security of confusion in (explaining the healing adequacy), to confine it, and to discuss the grammatical and creative thinking of Ibn Malik towards this phenomenon . The reason for this study is to clarify the images of escape from confusion or fear of it in explaining the healing adequacy, to explain the impact of these issues in the aftermath, to explain the relevance of this phenomenon to many of the grammatical and discharge (explanation of the healing adequate) and to emphasize that the sign of expression is not always the savior to determine the meaning, especially when the mark is concealed . The scientific value of this subject is reflected in its accurate understanding of the dimensions of this phenomenon and its implications, and the statement that the issue of the security of confusion in the first place was not a rebellion on the grammatical or discharge base, or an attack on it, or an attempt to escape it as much as creativity in the application of the rule, and a skill in making use of the text data . This research came in the introduction and two papers, and concludes the most important conclusions of the research, including: that this phenomenon is considered in the study as a safe haven to escape from the necessarily throwing in poetry, or to say anomalies in prose, and that Ibn Malik disagreed in his other books sometimes what he chose in his book: (explaining the healing adequacy) which has to do with this phenomenon, and that one of the issues of this study is what is the subject of an agreement between the explanation of the healing and other books, including the difference, This research has monitored the diversity of explanation between the explanation of the healing adequacy and his other books ; He prayed to God and blessed our Lord Muhammad, his god and his companions, and he delivered a lot.
