|a جاءت أهمية هذا البحث في أنه يتعلق بمصدرين مهمين من مصادر استمداد علم أصول الفقه وهما: القرآن الكريم واللغة العربية، فالقرآن الكريم يعد المصدر الأول للتشريعات الإلهية التي ارتضاها الله – سبحانه وتعالى – لتنظيم حياة البشر. أما اللغة العربية فهي التي نزل بها القرآن الكريم، وقد قرر الأصوليون أن الاجتهاد الشرعي إنما يتحقق بشروط عدة منها العلم بمقاصد العربية، فالمجتهد إذا كان عالما بلغة العرب استطاع التعرف على دلالات الألفاظ المستنبطة من النص القرآني ومنها معرفة دلالة العام ومن صيغة المعرفة بالإضافة.

|b The importance of this research is that it relates to two important sources of the science of fiqh, namely: The Holy Quran and the Arabic language, the Noble Qur’an is the primary source of the divine legislations that God has accepted - glory be to him - to regulate human life.
