الحمد لله وحده والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده أردت أن أتناول الإرجاء ومفهومه عند الإمامية؛ لما له من أهمية عند عامة الشيعة، كما أن الإرجاء الإمامي من طرق إثبات إمامة علي رضي الله عنه وأحقيته بالخلافة بعد الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم عند الاثني عشرية. لذا كان هذا البحث الذي يشمل على: مقدمة فيها أهمية الموضوع، وسبب اختياره، ومنهج البحث، وخطته، وتمهيد فيه تعريف الإرجاء ونشأته، ومباحث رئيسة: الأول: تعريف الإرجاء الإمامي وصوره، من خلال الروايات وأقوال علماء الإمامية. والثاني: نقد الإرجاء الإمامي الاثني عشري ثم الخاتمة: وذكرت فيها النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها، وأهمها: 1. مع اختلاف الإمامية فيما بينهم في ماهية الإيمان إلا أن قـول غالبيتهم دل عـلى أن حـب علي رضي الله عنه حسنة لا يضر معه معصية، وبالتالي أصبح مفهوم الإيمان منحصر في عمل قلبي واحد وهو المحبة. 2. استند إرجاء الإمامية على روايات نسبها الإماميـة لأئمـتهم ولكنها متناقضة بروايات وبأقوال علمائهم؛ وبالتالي لا يصح الاعـتماد عليهـا في الاسـتدلال على أحقية علي رضي الله عنه بالإمامة بعد الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم. وأهم التوصيات: عمل دراسة متخصصة لتتبع الإرجاء عند فرق الاثني عشرية؛ وذلك بالاستناد إلى كتبهم وأقوال علمائهم ونقدها من القرآن والسنة.
A Critical Study of Al-Erja'a Twelfth Imamate Al-Erja'a and its Imamate's concept has an importance among the public Shiites ،also it is a way to prove the imamate of Ali being the eligible Caliphate. So ،this research includes an introduction about topic's importance, reasons to choose this topic, research approach, plan, and a preface about identifying Al-Erja'a and its establishment. The main points are: First: definition of Al-Erja'a Imamate and its backgrounds reflected through narrations and the sayings of the Imamate scholars. Second: critique of Al-Erja'a Twelfth Imamate. Conclusion: includes significant results and recommendations: 1. Most of Imami scholars’ saying is that loving Ali is a good and is not affected by a sin, thus one cordial deed of heart's functions is LOVE. 2. The concept of Erja'a Al-Imamiis based on narrations that was imputed to their Imams, but they are contradicted with their scholars’ sayings and actions! Thus, it is not true to rely on them to infer the right of Ali bin Abi Talib to be the successor Imam. The most important recommendations is Conducting a specialized study to tracking all sects of Al-Erja'a Twelfth Imamate, depending on their books, scholars' sayings, and criticizing them through the Holy Quran and the prophetic Sunnah.
