لقد تمحورت إشكالية البحث بظاهرة الاعتداء على الأطباء والتأثيرات السلبية التي تتبع هذه الظاهرة لا سيما وأن العراق الآن بحاجة للكفاءات الطبية، التخصصات النادرة على وجه الخصوص، وقد هدف البحث إلى السعي لبيان أوجه العنف وأسبابه والمفاهيم المرتبطة بتلك الظاهرة، وكذلك تقديم مقترحات للحد من هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة على المجتمع، ولغرض تحقيق هدف البحث ومن خلال عمل الباحث في المجال الطبي فتم اختيار ثلاث مستشفيات في جانب الكرخ تميزت بكبر حجمها وكونها تخدم رقعة جغرافية كبيرة، وهي مستشفى الأماميين الكاظمين ومستشفى محمد باقر الحكيم، ومستشفى الكرخ العام، كمجتمع للبحث، وقد تم توزيع استمارة الاستبانة على عينة من الأطباء البالغ عددهم 60 كعينة للبحث، وقد توصل البحث لمجموعة من النتائج كان ابرزها: 1 - تعرض الأطباء عينة البحث لحالات العنف بشكل متكرر ولكنهم لم يفعلوا شيء تجاههم خوفا من امتداده وتوسعه ليدخل بند الفصل العشائري والقبلي. 2- عادة ما يكون ازدحام مراجعات المرضى السبب الرئيس لوقوع حالات العنف ضد الأطباء، ويعود ذلك لسوء التخطيط الصحي وتحديد الاحتياجات البشرية والمادية والمالية الملائمة لمواجهة طلباتهم في ظل الظروف الحرجة التي يمر بها البلد، وهو يواجه آفتي الإرهاب والفساد . وقد خرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات كان أبرزها الآتي : 1- تشكل لجان وزارية مركزية يكون ارتباطها مباشرة بالمستشفيات مهمتها دراسة جميع حالات العنف وأسبابها وكيفية إدارتها وتنظيمها. 2. تفعيل دور وحدة الاستعلامات لحظة دخول المرضى ومرافقيهم إلى المستشفى ولغاية خروجهم منها منعاً لحدوث حالات العنف.

The doctors subjected the sample to the cases of violence repeatedly but did not do anything to them for fear of extension and expansion to enter the chapter tribal and tribal. 2. Patient complaints are often the main cause of violence against doctors, due to poor health planning and the identification of appropriate human, material and financial needs to meet their demands under the critical circumstances of the country, which face terrorism and corruption. The research came out with a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are the following: 1. The formation of central ministerial committees directly linked to the hospitals, whose task is to study all cases of violence and its causes and how to manage and organize. 2. Activating the role of the information unit as soon as patients and their escorts enter the hospital and until they leave the hospital to prevent cases of violence.
