رغم أهمية موضوعات الحضانة والرؤية والاستضافة في قانون الأحوال الشخصية في مصر، هناك نقص جلى فيما تضمه المكتبة العربية من دراسات تنظر في حقوق أبناء الطلاق. تكشف المحاولة الراهنة عن الديناميات العديدة المرتبطة بتطبيق حق الاستضافة كحق أصيل من حقوق الطفل المحضون ووالده غير الحاضن على سواء. تستبين الدراسة مواقف الآباء ووجهات نظرهم في المطالبة بالاستضافة وآليات تطبيقها والمبررات التي تقف وراء سعيهم إليها أو استمساكهم بها. فيما نعرض في الآن نفسه لمواقف واعتراضات الحاضنات وتخوفهن من تطبيق الاستضافة وإقراره. عندئذ تستجلى الدراسة المشكلات الاجتماعية التي يمكن أن تحول دون تطبيق الاستضافة وإنفاذها على أرض الواقع؛ إن شرعت دون الرجوع إلى الحاضنات، فضلا عن تبيان المشكلات التي يمكن أيضا أن تترتب عليها إن طبقت دونما ضمانات كافية من الآباء لصالح الحاضنات. استندت الدراسة إلى أسلوب التحليل الكيفي بالاعتماد على المقابلات المتعمقة المفتوحة مع الحاضنين وغير الحاضنين على سواء.
In spite of the obvious importance of custody, visitation and hosting issues in the personal status law in Egypt, there is a clear lack of empirical studies and researches in the Arab library looking at the rights of children of divorce. This descriptive study shows attitudes, views and approaches of non-custodians. In their demand for hosting, mechanisms of application and rationale behind their demand. At the same time we present positions and objections of the incubators and their fear of applying hosting without their approval. The study then examines the social problems that can prevent the application of the hosting and enforcing it on the ground if it proceeds without referring to the incubators, as well as the problems that can also result if applied without adequate guarantees from parents in favor of incubators. The present study belongs to a pattern of exploratory and descriptive analytical studies, which adopt the method of qualitative analysis, to detect the process of hosting and analysis its dimensions and different aspects, Based on open, in-depth interviews applied in a proactive attitude.
