المستخلص: إن الدراسة التي نحن بصددها والتي تجيء بعنوان: (الإعلام التشادي الواقع ومتطلبات المستقبل) دراسة وصفية تحليلية لواقع الإعلام في تشاد، وهي مبنية على المنهج التاريخي الوصفي الذي يقوم بتحليل بعض المشاكل والتطورات التي تشكل المكونات التي تساهم في تطوير الإعلام التشادي. وتطرقت الدراسة إلى أهم أهداف الدراسة في تحديد نقاط الضعف للإعلام في تشاد، وخاصة المؤسسات الإعلامية العامة والخاصة ودورها في نقل الأخبار والمعلومات، استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة أدوات بحثية مثل المقابلة والملاحظة، وبعض العوامل التي ذات العمل الذي يساعد في تطوير الإعلام بمختلف مراحله ابتداء من الحكومة التشادية الوطنية الأولى ممثلة في حكومة الرئيس فرانسوا تمبلباي مروراً بالمجلس العسكري للجنرال فلكس مالوم، وإنير لحسين هبري، وانتهاء بالحكومة الحالية، والتحديات التي يواجهها الإعلام في تشاد من خلال هذه الأنظمة التي تعاقبت على إدارة البلاد، والذي يجب على المهتمين والمتخصصين بأمر الإعلام السعي إلى تطوير وترقية الإعلام، والذي يجب أن يكون حاضرا من وجهة نظر الباحث تحت زاوية تنظيم الإعلام وذلك من خلال: إعداد التشريعات الحديثة، وإنشاء بيئة سياسة سليمة وملائمة تنطلق من خلالها وسائل الإعلام التي تسهم بفعالية في تطوير وتنمية البلاد. واستخدم الباحث مفاهيم عديدة في الدراسة تتمثل في: المفاهيم الرؤية المستقبلية، التحديات، التشريعات الإعلامية، الحريات العامة، تقنيات الاتصال، البيئة السياسية. وأخيرا خرجت الدراسة بنتائج نحسب أنها تسهم في فهم واقع الإعلام في تشاد.

The present study which deals with "Chadian information, reality and prospective requirements" is a descriptive and analytical study of the reality on the dissemination of information in Chad. It is based on a historical and descriptive method and attempts to analyze all the problems and developments that constitute the components that contribute to the progress of the dissemination of Chadian information. Its objective is to determine the weaknesses of this dissemination and in particular, those specific to public and private institutions in the transmission of information. This work favors research tools such as hearing and observation, as well as some training of the factors that help the evolution of information and its different stages, starting with the first Chadian national government, represented by François Tombalbaye passing through the Higher Military Council (HMC) of General Felix Maloum and the UNIR of Hussein Habré make it through the current government and the challenges of which information faces through these different regimes. The intellectual approach aiming to anticipate as best as possible the evolution of what the Chadian information must represent must be presented from the point of view of this present work from the angle of the organization of the information, namely: the establishment of modern legislations and the creation of a favorable political environment in which the media should be launched to Contribute effectively to the evolution and the development of the country.

La présente étude qui porte sur " l'information tchadienne , réalité et exigences prospectives" est une étude descriptive et analytique de la réalité sur la diffusion de l'information au Tchad. Elle se base sur une méthode historique et descriptive et tente d'analyser tous le problèmes et les évolutions qui constituent les composants qui contribuent au progrès de la diffusion de l'information Tchadienne. Son objectif et de déterminer les faiblesses de cette diffusion et en particulier, celles qui sont propres aux institutions publiques et privées dans la transmission de l'information. Ce travail privilégie les outils de recherché telles que l'audience et l'observation, de même que certaines formation des facteurs qui aident à l'évolution de l'information et ses différentes étapes, en commençant par le premier gouvernement national tchadienne, représente par François Tombal baye en passant par le conseil Supérieur Militaire( CSM) du General Felix Maloum et l'UNIR de Hussein Habré en fissent par l'actuel gouvernement et les défis dont l'information fait face à travers ces différents régimes . La démarche intellectuelle visant à anticiper au mieux l'évolution de ce que doit représenter l'information tchadienne doit être se présente du point de vue de ce présent travail sous l'angle de l'organisation de l'information , à savoir: l'établissement des législations modernes et la création d'un environnement politique propice au sein du quel doivent se lancer les medias qui Contribuent efficacement à l'évolution et au développement du paye.
