المستخلص: تحدد الهدف الرئيس لهذه الدراسة في التعرف على أبعاد الرعاية الاجتماعية للأحداث الجانحين في المملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء رؤية 2030. وقد تم الاعتماد على الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي كأسلوب منهجي للدراسة لتحقيق ذلك الهدف. وقد أوضحت نتائج الدراسة حول واقع الرعاية الاجتماعية للأحداث الجانحين، أن المملكة قد بادرت إلى الاهتمام بتقديم خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية للأحداث الجانحين انطلاقاً من مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية وما نصت عليه نظم المملكة وتشريعاتها. كما تبين أن المملكة تعمل ضمن سياسات الرعاية الاجتماعية على الاهتمام بالأحداث الجانحين وكذلك المعرضين للجنوح عبر مؤسسات عدة أنشأتها لهذا الغرض ويعد من أهمها: دور التوجيه الاجتماعي، ومؤسسات رعاية الفتيات، ودور الملاحظة الاجتماعية، بجانب ما توليه من عناية للرعاية الاجتماعية اللاحقة للأحداث الجانحين. أيضاً فقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة فيما يخص منطلقات رؤية المملكة 2030 ذات الصلة بالرعاية الاجتماعية للأحداث الجانحين، أنها تتضمن تعزيز مبادئ الرعاية الاجتماعية وتطويرها لبناء مجتمع قوي ومنتج. ومن هنا تبرز أهمية تقديم صور الرعاية الاجتماعية اللازمة للأحداث الجانحين؛ بقصد إعادتهم إلى مشاركة مجتمعهم خطة البناء والتنمية؛ والإفادة من طاقاتهم في زيادة العمل والإنتاج؛ وإعادة تأهيلهم ليكونوا فاعلين في تنمية المجتمع السعودي. وأخيرا فقد تم الانتياء إلى عدد من الأساليب الملائمة لتطوير الرعاية الاجتماعية الموجية للأحداث الجانحين في الواقع السعودي.

The main objective of this study is to identify the dimensions of social welfare for juvenile delinquents, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in light of Vision 2030. The descriptive and analytical method has been relied upon as a methodology for the study to achieve that goal. The results of the study on the reality of social care for juvenile delinquents indicated that the Kingdom had taken the initiative to provide social care services to juvenile delinquents, based on the principles of Islamic Sharia and what was stipulated in the Kingdom's laws and regulations. It has also been shown that the Kingdom works within the social welfare policies to take care of juvenile delinquents, as well as those exposed to delinquency, through several institutions established for this purpose, and the most important of them are: the role of social guidance, girls ’care institutions, and the role of social observation, in addition to the care it gives to the post-social care of juvenile delinquents. . Also, the results of the study showed regarding the starting points of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, related to social care for juvenile delinquents, that they include strengthening the principles of social care and developing them to build a strong and productive society. Hence the importance of providing forms of social care necessary for juvenile delinquents. With the intention of bringing them back into their community of building and development plan; Utilizing their energies to increase work and production; And rehabilitating them to be active in the development of Saudi society. Finally, a number of appropriate methods have been completed to develop social care directed to juvenile delinquents, in the Saudi reality.
