المستخلص: This research aims at achieving a main goal which is “assessing the real case of social workers’ practice of therapeutic methods used in the service of addicts”, and the sub-goals are: - Determination of to what extent do social workers use in their professional practice with drug addicts ,the therapeutic methods and tactics of the crisis intervention model , For group therapy model, for problem solving model, cognitive-behavior, customer-centered treatment, solution-centered treatment, realistic treatment and taskfocus model in serving those addicts. This research is considered one of the evaluation researches that relied on the social survey method by means of a comprehensive survey for all specialists and social workers working in the social service departments in Al Amal Hospitals, Irada and Mental Health clinics in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Taif. The sample is (169) social workers and specialists. To collect data the research used questionnaire as a tool. The results showed that the most important therapeutic methods and tactics of the group therapy model that social workers use in their professional practice with drug addicts are: - mutual dialogue between the specialist and addicts, offering training in the skill of free time, group discussion, lectures to develop addictive knowledge, training in the skill of problem solving, catharsis About negative emotions. The results also showed that the most important therapeutic methods and tactics for the model of intervention in crises used by social workers are: - helping the addict in a good understanding of his problem, raising addict orientations, emphasizing, helping the addict correcting his/her social relationships and finding good relationships for him/her, education and explanation by providing them with information and skills. And that the most important therapeutic methods and tactics for a model of problem solving model in their professional practice with drug addicts are: - the method of encouragement and reinforcement, providing the addict with information related to addiction, directing the addict’s view towards his mistakes and strengths, helping him/her to develop his abilities to solve their problems, helping him/her in choosing the best alternatives to solve his/her problem. And that the most important therapeutic methods and tactics of the addict-centered treatment model in their professional practice with drug addicts are: listening, supporting, venting about feelings, clarifying and informing the addict of his/her feelings, affirmation, building communication between the specialist and the addict, logical discussion. And that the most important therapeutic methods and tactics for a solution centered around the solution that social workers use in their professional practice with drug addicts are: listening, comments, encouragement, normalizing the problem by reassuring the addict that his/her problem is not unique and that he/she is not the only one who suffers from it, agreeing on the specific goals and clarifying them for the addicts. And that the most important therapeutic methods and tactics of the cognitive-behavioral model used by social workers with drug addicts are: helping the addict to accept him/herself, logical thinking, reducing self-suffering and blaming others, dialogue and logical discussion, discovering ideas, clarification, confronting irrational ideas and adopting the best rational ideas.

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحقيق هدف رئيس هو "تقييم استخدام الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين للأساليب والتكتيكات العلاجية لنماذج الممارسة المهنية في خدمة الفرد مع مدمني المخدرات"، وتتمثل الأهداف الفرعية في: تحديد إلى أي مدى يستخدم الأخصائيون الاجتماعيون في ممارستهم المهنية مع مدمني المخدرات الأساليب والتكتيكات العلاجية لنموذج التدخل في الأزمات، ونموذج العلاج الجماعي، ونموذج حل المشكلة، المعرفي السلوكي، العلاج المتمركز حول العميل، العلاج المتمركز حول الحل، والعلاج الواقعي، ونموذج التركيز على المهام في خدمة الفرد. ويعد هذا البحث أحد البحوث التقييمية التي اعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي عن طريق الحصر الشامل لجميع الأخصائيات والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بأقسام الخدمة الاجتماعية بمستشفيات الأمل وبمجمعات إرادة والصحة النفسية بالمملكة العربية السعودية بمدينة الرياض، جدة، الدمام والطائف وعددهم (١٦٩) أخصائيا اجتماعيا وأخصائية، اعتمد البحث على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات. أوضحت النتائج أن أهم الأساليب والتكتيكات العلاجية لنموذج العلاج الجماعي التي يستخدمها الأخصائيون الاجتماعيون في ممارستهم المهنية مع مدمني المخدرات هي: الحوار المتبادل بين الأخصائي والمدمنين، التدريب على مهارة قضاء وقت الفراغ، المناقشة الجماعية، المحاضرات لتنمية معارف المدمنين، التدريب على مهارة حل المشكلة، والتنفيس عن المشاعر السلبية. كما أوضحت النتائج أن أهم الأساليب والتكتيكات العلاجية لنموذج التدخل في الأزمات التي يستخدمها الأخصائيون الاجتماعيون هي: مساعدة العميل على الفهم الجيد لمشكلته، إثارة توجهات العميل، التأكيد، مساعدة العميل على تصحيح علاقاته الاجتماعية وإيجاد علاقات جيدة له، والتعليم والشرح بتزويد العميل بالمعلومات والمهارات. وأهم الأساليب والتكتيكات العلاجية لنموذج حل المشكلة في ممارستهم المهنية مع مدمني المخدرات هي: أسلوب التشجيع والتعزيز، تزويد العميل بالمعلومات المتصلة بالإدمان، توجيه نظر العميل نحو أخطائه ونقاط القوة، مساعدة العميل على تنمية قدراته على حل مشكلته، ومساعدة العميل في اختيار أفضل البدائل لحل مشكلته. وأهم الأساليب والتكتيكات العلاجية لنموذج العلاج المتمركز حول العميل في ممارستهم المهنية مع مدمني المخدرات هي: الاستماع، التدعيم، التنفيس عن المشاعر، توضيح وتبصير العميل بمشاعره، التأكيد، بناء الاتصالات بين الأخصائي والعميل، والمناقشة المنطقية. وأهم الأساليب والتكتيكات العلاجية لنموذج العلاج المتمركز حول الحل التي يستخدمها الأخصائيون الاجتماعيون في ممارستهم المهنية مع مدمني المخدرات هي: الاستماع، التعليقات، التشجيع، تطبيع المشكلة بطمأنة العميل أن مشكلته ليست فريدة من نوعها وأنه ليس الوحيد الذي يعاني منها، والاتفاق على الأهداف المحددة وتوضيحها للعميل. وأهم الأساليب والتكتيكات العلاجية لنموذج العلاج المعرفي السلوكي التي يستخدمها الأخصائيون الاجتماعيون مع مدمني المخدرات هي: مساعدة العميل على تقبل ذاته، التفكير المنطقي، الإقلال من المعاناة الذاتية ولوم النفس الآخرين، الحوار والمناقشة المنطقية، اكتشاف الأفكار، التوضيح، ومواجهة الأفكار اللاعقلانية وتبني أفكار عقلانية.
