المستخلص: الدين لغة واصطلاحا هو النظام والدينونة، ومجتمع هذا الدين وحاضرته هي المدينة. وفي الإسلام يجتمع الأمر الديني بالشأن المدني اجتماعا يصل حد الامتزاج، يتضح ذلك لمن سبره حتى في الشعائر التعبدية المحضة، ويكون أكثر وضوحا في تاريخ الإسلام في مسألة الهجرة التي هي تمكين لممارسة العبادات وعموم الدين. الهجرة في تاريخ الإسلام تمثل منعطفا تاريخيا مهما في تحول الدعوة الإسلامية إلى مجتمع مدني بعقيدة وشريعة دينية إلى مجتمع منادح ومتمدد بعد أن تبلور في شكل أمة في المدينة المنورة. فاجتمع الديني التعبدي المحض مع الديني الحيوي الآخر وظهر مفهوم الأمة والجماعة والتوالي السياسي الاجتماعي. المهجر الذي أوى الناس إليه لأسباب دينية سمي بالمدينة، وتحمل أسمى صور المدينة الفاضلة المستنيرة فكانت يثرب المدينة المنورة، وهذا إنتاج لمفهوم للدين والمدينة ممتزج بعناية ودقة، فمن الدين والدينونة كانت المدينة التي تدين لنظام عام ينظم كل شؤون الحياة. صار المهاجر إلى المدينة، هو الموالي لأهل الإسلام وإمام المسلمين، وهو رمز المواطن الصالح، والمتحضر حتى قالوا: مهاجر ليس بأعرابي.

Religion linguistically and conventionally means a system and loyalty, and the society and urban of this religion is the city (state). In Islam, both social and religious issues are compound together to form a unified mix. This is clear even when probe into pure Islamic devotional rituals, and it is more obvious through Islamic history specially in Hijra, which is a stabilization of practicing worship and general religion. Hijra in Islam represents an important historical turning point in Islamic call transformation from a civil society with religious belief and law to an expanding society after forming the nation in “Almadinah Almonawwarah”. Thus, the pure devotional rituals and vital religious side are compound. And the concept of the community, nation and social political succession appeared. The colony where people went for religious reasons, called “Almadinah” which is resembling the city of utopia. And Yathrib has been “Almadinah Almonawwarah” the lighting city (state). This is a reproduction of the concept of religion and city mixed together precisely. From the religion and loyalty, the concept of city of Almadinah formed a system that regulate whole life affairs. The immigrant to Almadinah has been the person who is loyal to muslims and muslims’ leader and has been as a sign of good civilian. And it is said that : immigrant but not nomad.

La religion signifie linguistiquement et conventionnellement un système et une loyauté, et la société et l'urbain de cette religion est la ville (état). Dans l'islam, les questions sociales et religieuses sont combinées pour former un mélange unifié. Cela est clair même lorsque l'on explore des rituels de dévotion islamiques purs, et cela est plus évident à travers l'histoire islamique spécialement à Hijra, qui est une stabilisation de la pratique du culte et de la religion générale. Hijra dans l'Islam représente un tournant historique important dans la transformation de l'appel islamique d'une société civile avec des croyances et des lois religieuses à une société en expansion après avoir formé la nation dans «Almadinah Almonawwarah». Ainsi, les rituels de dévotion purs et le côté religieux vital sont composés. Et le concept de communauté, de nation et de succession politique sociale est apparu. La colonie où les gens se rendaient pour des raisons religieuses, appelée «Almadinah» qui ressemble à la ville de l'utopie. Et Yathrib a été «Almadinah Almonawwarah» la ville d'éclairage (état). Il s'agit d'une reproduction du concept de religion et de ville mélangée avec précision. De la religion et de la loyauté, le concept de ville d'Almadinah a formé un système qui régule les affaires de la vie entière. L’immigrant d’Almadinah est la personne fidèle aux musulmans et au chef des musulmans et a été le signe d’un bon civil. Et on dit que : immigrant mais pas nomade.
