|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الحوكمة والصعوبات التي تحد من توافر مبادئها بالجامعات في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية ٢٠٣٠، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كل من جامعة أم القرى، وجامعة الملك عبد العزيز، وجامعة الطائف، وجامعة الباحة، ممن هم على رتبة (أستاذ، أستاذ مشارك، وأستاذ مساعد)، وبلغ مجتمع الدراسة (٨١٢٨)، وتكونت العينة من (٢٤٧) عضواً، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وتكونت من (٥٥) فقرة يتم الإجابة عنها باستخدام مقياس ليكرت الخماسي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: أن واقع توافر مبادئ الحوكمة في الجامعات في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية ٢٠٣٠ جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأن الصعوبات التي تحد من توافرها جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وأنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبع للمتغيرات: الجنس، والدرجة العلمية، والجامعة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام إدارة الجامعات بتعزيز مفهوم الحوكمة لدى أعضائها، وتشكيل لجان مراجعـة مستقلة من أصحاب المصلحة، وتفعيل نظام الانتخابات لاختيار أعضاء اللجان والمجالس العلمية.

|b The aim of the current research is to identify the reality of the availability of governance in Saudi universities and the difficulties that limit the availability of governance in Saudi universities in the light of Vision 2030. The descriptive survey method was used, and the study population consisted of faculty members in the University of Umm Al-Qura, King Abdulaziz University, Taif University and Al-Baha University, who are Professors, Associate Professors and Assistant Professors. The population of the study were (8128) and the sample consisted of (247) members. The questionnaire was used as a tool, and contained (55) questions to be answered using the Likert scale. The research concluded that the availability of governance requirements in Saudi universities in the light of Vision 2030 is highly available in the principle of transparency, and that it is available to a medium level in the principle of participation, accountability, equality and independence. Also, the research found that the difficulties that limit the availability of governance requirements in Saudi universities in the light of the 2030 vision came to a medium level. Yet, there are differences of statistical significance depending on the variables of gender, degree and university. In light of the findings of the research, Saudi universities should seek independence to support and facilitate the application of governance. Also, they should establish clear working standards for all employees in Saudi universities. Further, they should think of better ways of selecting an academic leadership and consider an election. Finally, they should work to develop clear working mechanisms for all employees in Saudi universities.
