المستخلص: يكثر الحديث في الآونة الأخيرة عن موضوع التجميل، فقد أصبح منتشرا بكثرة وأصبح من الأمور التي تطرح للنقاش في مجتمعنا، ولما للتجميل عن آثار على الأسرة والمجتمع، فإن موضوع أحكام تغيير الصوت بالجراحة التجميلية يعتبر من المواضيع المهمة في هذا الباب وقد تعرضت في هذا البحث إلى حكم هذه المسألة بالتفصيل. وقد اتبعت المنهج العلمي في هذا البحث من استقراء لآراء الفقهاء في المسألة، والإعتماد على المصادر الأصيلة للبحث، وعزو نصوص العلماء وآرائهم لكتبهم مباشرة. وقد تناولت المسائل التالية : تعريف الجراحة، وتعريف الصوت، وتعريف العمليات، وتعريف التجميل، وأنواع عمليات تغيير الصوت بالجراحة التجميلية فمنها حقن البوتكس والكولاجين، ومنها تقنية الليزر، ومنها الجراحة الميكروسكوبيه، ومنها جراحة تأنيث الصوت، وكذلك أحكام عمليات تغيير الصوت التجميلية وتناولت فيه: عمليات الجراحة التجميلية وأحكامها، وحكم عملية تجميل الصوت للغناء، وحكم عملية تجميل الصوت لقراءة القرآن، وحكم عملية تجميل صوت الرجل وتخشينه، وحكم عملية تجمل صوت المرأة وترقيقه، وحكم عملية تحويل الصوت للخنثى.

There has been a lot of talk recently about the issue of plastic surgery, as it has become widespread and has become one of the issues that are discussed in our society, and because of the effects of beauty on the family and society, the topic of provisions for changing voice in plastic surgery is one of the important topics in this section and I have been exposed in this Research to rule this issue in detail.
