المستخلص: The article intends to examine the manifestations of economic intelligence in companies, to this end, we show the theoretical interest of the concept of economic intelligence, in particular in relation to the concept of intelligence. Economic intelligence is presented as the combination of information functions. And with the advent of the new market-dominated economy to be competitive, companies must know how to manage their intangible capital. Economic intelligence (EI) is a response to changes in the global business environment.

L’article se propose d'examiner les manifestations de l'intelligence économique dans les entreprises, à cette fin, nous montrons l'intérêt théorique du concept d'intelligence économique, notamment par rapport au concept de veille. L'intelligence économique est présentée comme la combinaison de fonctions informationnelles. Et avec l’avènement de la nouvelle économie dominée par le marché pour être compétitive, l’entreprise doit savoir gérer son capital immatériel. L’intelligence économique (IE) est une réponse aux mutations de l’environnement global des entreprises.
