المستخلص: This study revolves around shedding light on the pre-reciprocal approach to the integrative process through the productive approach to regional economic integration and explaining the conditions that must be met so that the latter can contribute regionally to achieving the goals of economic development.
This study derives its importance from the limited reciprocal (commercial) approach to economic integration for the developing countries in general, and the countries of the Maghreb in particular, in achieving strategic goals, on the grounds that the problems of these countries are structural and related to the underdevelopment of the main productive sectors.

تدور هذه الدراسة، حول تسليط الضوء نحو المدخل ما قبل تبادلي للعملية التكاملية من خلال المدخل الإنتاجي للتكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمي، وتوضيح الشروط الواجب توفرها لكي يستطيع أن يساهم هذا الأخير إقليميا في تحقيق أهداف التنمية الاقتصادية.
تستمد هذه الدراسة أهميتها من خلال محدودية المدخل التبادلي (التجاري) للتكامل الاقتصادي بالنسبة للدول النامية عامة، ودول المغرب العربي خاصة في تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية، انطلاقا من أن مشكلات هذه البلدان هي بنيوية متعلقة بتخلف القطاعات الإنتاجية الرئيسية.

Cette étude tourne autour de souligner vers l'entrée avant de manière interactive pour le processus d'intégration à travers l'entrée d'intégration économique productive régionale, et de préciser les conditions qui doivent être fournis afin d'être en mesure de contribuer à celle-ci dans la réalisation des objectifs de développement économique régional.
Cette étude tire son importance par l'entrée limitée Exchange (bourse) l'intégration économique des pays en développement en général, et les pays du Maghreb en particulier dans la réalisation des objectifs stratégiques, au motif que les problèmes de ces pays sont liés à l'insuffisance structurelle des principaux secteurs productifs.
