المستخلص: The relationship of power with journalism in Algeria always raises the interests of researchers, academics, and media men in the country, due to the events witnessed by the media sector in the past two decades, especially the written media (written press), and its implications for the practice of the profession and media freedom in Algeria. Through this study, we seek to clarify the impact of this relationship on the future of media freedom in Algeria, especially with the developments witnessed in the field of Algerian legislation with the emergence of the new media law 05/12 and the new gains that have been realized, which would contribute to giving a dose of hope to media professionals in various sectors (written press, television, radio), in addition to the extent of the response of the country's officials to these changes in the media arena, especially the technological ones, and their impact on Algeria.

Aussi long que possible, la relation de pouvoir avec la presse en Algérie a toujours suscité des intérêts des chercheurs, des universitaires et les hommes des médias au pays vu des événements dans le secteur de l’information durant les deux dernières décennies, en particulier la presse écrite, et ses effets sur la pratique de la profession et la liberté d’information en Algérie. À travers cette étude, nous cherchons à clarifier l'impact de cette relation sur l'avenir de la liberté l’information en Algérie, notamment avec les développements dans le domaine de legislation algérienne avec l'émergence de la nouvelle loi sur les nouveaux médias 05/12 et les nouveaux acquis, qui contribueraient à donner une dose d'espoir aux professionnels des médias dans divers secteurs (presse écrite, télévision, radio), en plus de la réponse des responsables du pays à ces changements de scène des médias, notamment technologiques, et leur impact sur l'Algérie.

لطالما كانت علاقة السلطة بالصحافة في الجزائر تثير اهتمامات الباحثين والأكاديميين ورجال الإعلام في البلاد نظرا للأحداث التي شهدها قطاع الإعلام في العقدين الماضين خاصة الإعلام المكتوب (الصحافة المكتوبة)، ومالها من انعكاسات على ممارسة المهنة وحرية الإعلام في الجزائر، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة نسعى لتوضيح تأثير تلك العلاقة على مستقبل حرية الإعلام في الجزائر خاصة مع التطورات التي شهدها مجال التشريع الجزائري بظهور قانون الإعلام الجديد 12/ 05 والمكتسبات الجديدة التي تحققت، والتي من شأنها أن تساهم في إعطاء جرعة أمل للإعلاميين في مختلف القطاعات (صحافة مكتوبة، تلفزيون، الإذاعة)، إضافة إلى مدى استجابة المسؤولين في البلاد إلى تلك التغيرات التي تشهدها الساحة الإعلامية خاصة التكنولوجية منها وتأثيرها على الجزائر.
