|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على المعايير المستخدمة في رقمنة الدوريات في المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات، بغية تسهيل تقييم ما تم إنجازه، وتكمن مشكله الدراسة في عدم تطبيق معايير معينة عند القيام برقمنة الدوريات. ومن هنا تظهر أهمية الدراسة في سعي المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات نحو تطوير الخدمات المقدمة التي تعتمد على التكنولوجيا، وخصوصا التحول الرقمي للدوريات. ولقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف وتحليل عناصر تقييم التحول الرقمي للدوريات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج تمثلت في توصيات مقدمة للإدارة العامة للمكتبات بجامعة المنصورة، وتوصيات مقدمة لمجتمع المكتبات.

|b This research aims to shed light on the criteria used in digitizing periodicals in libraries and information centers, in order to facilitate the evaluation of what has been achieved. The problem of the study is that certain standards are not applied when digitizing periodicals. Hence, the importance of the study appears in the endeavor of libraries and information centers towards developing services provided that depend on technology, especially the digital transformation of periodicals. The descriptive and analytical approach was used to describe and analyze the elements of the evaluation of the periodicals' digital transformation. The study reached a number of results represented in recommendations submitted to the General Administration of Libraries at Mansoura University, and recommendations submitted to the library community.
