المستخلص: عنيت الدراسات النقدية الحديثة بالأنواع السردية؛ ومنها القصة القصيرة جدا في تشكلاتها الجمالية والفنية، ولقد قامت العتبات بدور فعال في قراءة النص وفك شفراته، وعلاماته السيمائية واستيضاح معانيه، وسبر أغواره وفهم مغاليقه. وانطلاقا مما سبق اخترت مجموعة القصة القصيرة جدا للقاصة السعودية شيمة الشمري الموسومة ب (عرافة المساء) نموذجا إجرائيا، وعمدت من خلاله إلى دراسة النص الموازي (العتبات)، من حيث صور تجلي دلالتها السيمائية وما تتخذه من أشكال جمالية مصاحبة لها أبعادها في النص. وقد جاء هذا البحث ليتناول في الأساس: النص الموازي في مجموعة عرافة المساء، وما توحيه هذه العتبات من أبعاد دلالية وفنيات جمالية في القصة القصيرة جدا. وجاء هذا البحث في (مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة)، فالمقدمة فيها أهمية البحث، ومنهجه، وتساؤلاته، وعينة البحث، وخطته ... إلخ. أما التمهيد فيتحدث عن السيمائية، والعتبات (النص الموازي)، ويأتي المبحث الأول بعنوان النص الموازي الداخلي (العنوان)، والمبحث الثاني الغلاف، والمبحث الثالث علامة الترقيم، والمبحث الرابع علاقة العتبة بالمتن. والخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

Modern critical studies have paid attention to the narrative types; among them, the short story is very interesting in its aesthetic and artistic formations, and the thresholds have acquired an effective role in reading and deciphering the text of the text, its semiotic signs, clarifying its meanings, exploring its depths and understanding its faults. Based on the foregoing, I chose the very short story of the Saudi cutter, Sheima Al-Shammari, tagged with (Divination of the Evening) that as a procedural model, through which I intentionally studied the parallel text (thresholds) in terms of images that reveal their semiotic significance and the aesthetic forms they take with the This research has come to deal mainly with: the parallel text in the collection of evening divination, and the indications that these thresholds show in terms of indicative dimensions and aesthetic techniques in the very short story.. This research came in (Introduction, Preface, Four Investigations and Conclusion), so the introduction includes the importance of the research, its method, its questions, the research sample, its plan ... etc. As for the introduction, it talks about semiotics and thresholds (the parallel text), the first topic comes with the title of the internal parallel text (title), the second topic is cover, the third topic is the punctuation mark, and the fourth topic is the relationship of the threshold to the body. The conclusion contains the most important findings and recommendations.
