المستخلص: This research is entitled “Political Analysis Concept- Principles– Theoretical Vision”. The study questions appear in the answer of it’s a major question, “What is meant by political analysis, its concept, and its importance? How the process of political analysis is carried out? What are the objectives, dimensions and pillars? The descriptive analysis approach has been used for the purpose of explaining the concepts and components of this study. The study has been divided into three sections and an introduction. The first section consist of the definition of the political analysis, the analysis of the political phenomenon in terms of content and components, and the importance of political analysis, its objectives, requirements and benefits. We also dealt with a look at the Islamic heritage in terms of the jurisprudence of expectation and the jurisprudence of the objectives Reasonable Jurisprudence. In the second section the author has discussed the basic dimensions of political analysis, the tools that can be used by the political analyst, and the foundations of political analysis. The difference between “analysis and article” and the difference among “prediction, expectation and speculation” were also discussed. At the end of this section the steps of political analysis were presented. Finally, in the third section the analysis of political text, the units of text analysis and the political analysis pillars were represented. Then the author has talked about the characteristics of the political analyst, the conditions of the analysis and the elements of political analysis. Furthermore, he has referred to scenarios drawing, their concepts, methods and stages of building them, and their types. The most significant results of the research concluded: that political analysis is a profession whose aim is to enlighten the minds and provide a cognitive community service based mainly on scientific integrity and honesty, and that the negative effects resulting from the error in political analysis and then the political decision are more dangerous than the negative effects resulting from the error in any science of Other sciences. In order to achieve the reliability of the analysis, the exaggeration, simplification, and the emotional language were avoided and the political analyst has used the simplified and understandable political language.

هذا البحث بعنوان التحليل السياسي المفهوم والمبادئ رؤية نظرية تبدو تساؤلاته المشكلة في الإجابة عن سؤال رئيس وهو ما المقصود بالتحليل السياسي وما مفهومه وما أهميته، وكيف تتم عملية التحليل السياسي وما أهدافه وما هي أبعاده وأركانه، وقد استخدمت في بيان مفاهيم ومحتوى هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وتتحدد هيكليته في ثلاثة مباحث وتمهيد، الأول: تعريف التحليل لغة واصطلاحا، وتحليل الظاهرة السياسية من حيث مضمونها ومكوناتها، وأهمية التحليل السياسي وأهدافه ومتطلباته وفوائده، كذلك تناولنا التحليل السياسي نظرة في التراث الإسلامي من حيث فقه التوقع وفقه المقاصد وفقه الموازنات. أما المبحث الثاني: فتم استعراض الأبعاد الأساسية للتحليل السياسي وأدوات المحلل السياسي، وتم تناول أسس التحليل السياسي وما هو الفرق بين التحليل والمقال وبين التنبؤ والتوقع والتخمين، وتطرقنا إلى خطوات التحليل السياسي، وتناولنا في المبحث الثالث: تحليل النص ومضمون النص ووحدات تحليل النص السياسي، وكذلك استعرضنا أركان التحليل السياسي المتمثلة بالمعلومات والمحلل السياسي والموضوع، ثم تكلمنا عن صفات المحلل السياسي وشروط التحليل وعناصر التحليل السياسي، ثم تكلمنا عن كيفية رسم السيناريوهات ومفهومها وطرق ومراحل بناءها وأنواعها وخطوات بناءها. وخلصت أهم نتائج البحث: إلى أن التحليل السياسي هو مهنة غايتها تنوير الأذهان وتقديم خدمة مجتمعية معرفية مرتكزة أساسا على النزاهة والأمانة العلمية، وأن الآثار السلبية الناتجة عن الخطأ في التحليل السياسي ومن ثم القرار السياسي تكون أخطر من الآثار السلبية الناتجة عن الخطأ في أي علم من العلوم الأخرى. وحتى يكون التحليل واقعيا يجب الابتعاد عن التضخيم أو التبسيط أو المبالغة أو اللغة العاطفية، وعلى المحلل أن يستخدم اللغة السياسية المبسطة والمفهومة.
