The purpose of this article is to determine whether Artificial Intelligence Systems can be considered as subjects of law. This objective is formulated according to the technical capabilities integrated into the AI and its ability to interact independently with other legal subjects. This will raise legal issues. For example, who will be held liable for actions resulting from AI's actions. Therefore, our legal system must be ready to face these challenges in the future. The attribution of legal personality to artificial intelligence can be an effective measure to control all the potential challenges of introducing AI into our society. So how to accompany them legally? Il s’agit de déterminer si les Systèmes d'Intelligence Artificielle peuvent être considérés comme sujets de droit. Cet objectif est formulé en fonction des capacités techniques intégrées dans l„intelligence artificielle et de sa capacité à interagir indépendamment avec d'autres sujets juridiques. Ainsi des questions d'ordre juridique se posent, en l„occurrence, qui sera tenu responsable des actes découlant des actions d'IA. Tout système juridique doit être prêt à faire face à ces défis à venir. L'attribution de la personnalité juridique à l'intelligence artificielle pourrait être une mesure efficace pour contrôler les défis potentiels de l'introduction de l'IA dans notre société. Comment donc les accompagner juridiquement? |
