|a يهدف بحثنا إلى الوقوف على مختلف الآثار السلبية الناتجة عن التلوث البيئي الصناعي، من خلال دراسة أنواعه وكذا التكاليف السلبية الناتجة عنه، في ظل تفاقم المشكلات البيئية والاخطار الناتجة عنها على المحيط الإنساني والحيواني، وبالتالي نهدف إلى حصر مختلف أسباب التلوث وآثاره العديدة. وتوصلنا في الأخير أنه بالرغم من الأساليب الردعية، إلا أن معدل التلوث مازال في المستوى الذي يشكل خطرا على الحياة البشرية، كما أن أبعاده عرفت اتجاهات خطيرة، مالم تقتنع الدول بجدوى التوجه.

|b Our research aims to identify the various negative effects of industrial environmental pollution through To study the types of environmental problems and the resulting negative costs, in the light of the growing environmental problems and the dangers they pose to the human and animal environment, and thus aim to account for the various causes and effects of pollution. Finally, we have found that despite deterrent methods, the rate of pollution is still at the level that poses a threat to human life, and its dimensions have known dangerous trends, unless States are convinced of the feasibility of orientation.
