اشتمل البحث على مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، واشتمل التمهيد على تعريف الزكاة، وشروط وجوبها، أما المبحث الأول فتضمن مطلبين، أما المطلب الأول ففي حكم إخراج زكاة المال قبل الحول، وقد تبين للباحث في هذا المطلب أن الراجح هو ما ذهب إليه جمهور العلماء القائلون بجواز إخراج الزكاة قبل الحول، أما المطلب الثاني فذكر الباحث فيه تطبيقات فقيهة معاصرة على هذه المسألة، وأما المبحث الثاني فتضمن أيضا مطلبين، أما المطلب الأول ففي حكم إخراج زكاة الفطر قبل العيد، وقد تبين للباحث في هذا المطلب أن الراجح هو جواز إخراج زكاة الفطر قبل العيد بيوم أو يومين، وأما المطلب الثاني فذكر الباحث فيه تطبيقات معاصرة على هذه المسألة، وأما الخاتمة فتضمنت أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصل إليها الباحث خلال بحثه.
The research included an introduction, a preface, two issues, and a conclusion. The preface included the definition of zakat and the conditions of its obligation, the first issue included two requirements, the first requirement is the ruling on paying zakat money before (Al-hol) the end of year, and in this requirement it was clarify for the researcher that the most correct is what the majority of scholars agrees on, they say that it is permissible to pay zakat before the year has passed. As for the second requirement, the researcher mentioned contemporary jurisprudential applications on this issue. However the second research, also includes two requirements. The first requirement is the ruling on paying zakat al-Fitr before the Eid, and in this requirement it was clarify for the researcher that the most correct is that it's permissible to pay zakat al-Fitr one or two days before the Eid. As for the second requirement, the researcher mentioned contemporary applications on this issue, and as for the conclusion, it included the most important findings and recommendations that the researcher reached during his research.
